The Internet was the only Bad Experience. Daily The Internet Service can be Unavailable for any Period of Time. Even 24 Hours.

I stayed there because it was nearby the site for the academic conference I attended. It was in a good location near to that site (at a university) and the staff were helpful when I had questions.

Some of the facilities in the room were a bit old, such as the toilet, bathtub, air condtioner, etc. But none of it was broken and it didn't cause any problems.

Staff are friendly especially kuya guard.

Small parking space

The location is easy to access and has close proximity to St Jude. I wasn't the lead guest, but my daughter, who took her LET at St. Jude College. The hotel is clean, the rooms, the toilets. There's no foul smell anywhere. So many tapsihan, parisan etc. around to get a bite of you need to.

Everything is small, starting with the elevators. The room was very compact. Teenie tiny room. Kinda clustered, in my opinion. The hot shower is old school.

Perfect stay , nice staff , basic clean rooms , comfortable , good price , will vary again when in Manila

I did not personally visit the hotel, but the guests I booked it for praised the staff for their amenity and friendliness. They also said that the rooms were clean and their stay was a pleasant one.

Thin walls - sometimes you can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. Some of the rooms barely have windows - it's not a big deal if you're only spending the night there, but keep it in mind.

Staff is always very nice when we visit. It's a regular stop over as family is so near.

Booking.com added the +1 day as I was searching and I made reservation unknowingly for wrong day. Hotel was nice enough to let me use the app to purchase another day but Booking.com refund process is difficult. They need to make this a more trusted process. Hotel was so accommodating that we just kept 4 rooms a 2nd day.

We asked for fresh towels and was told we had too wait until the next day for them which we wasn't really happy about , also toilet in one off the rooms was broken...

Strategic location, linen was very good, there was luggage storage.

The tv wasn't working, also the mini ref. It would be good if they put a screen in the toilet's window.

Place was decent. Excellent and very friendly staff. 2 water bottles provided which was a nice touch after a big journey. Allowed me to check in early for a fee (fee was almost the price of a room for the night, but I didn’t care). Very good aircon. Taxi to airport was simple via grab. In a weird neighbourhood, go 1km the wrong direction and you’re bombarded - go 1km the other way and it’s full of western places and close to a big shopping centre.

Hotel is located about 10km outside of the tourist spots such as the hostels and bars. That made it quite difficult to get a taxi; tried for 2 hours one night! No fault of the hotel though, just highlighting for other guests. Took 50 mins at 9pm to get into metro Manila. No hairdryer in room. If travelling from Europe, you need a PH adapter - two small pins

-it's been a long drive from Isabela and we appreciate the fact that you have a parking area for guests with vehicles. -receptionists are friendly and accommodating. -stayed twice already in that property and thumbs up for it's cleanliness. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Veeery small and limited space in the bathroom but clean and functional. There is no 'tabo' in room 416 during my last stay.-strategic location. Close and walking distance to shops, restaurants and banks.

-I booked a stay at Fersal hotel at Sta. Cruz via booking.com I requested for an early check in and early check out for the same day (March 21) but didn't get a response (tried calling your posted number more than 10x but to no avail, it's just ringing) until we reached the hotel at 6am. According to the receptionist, room was ready but we had to wait until 8am and pay additional 1,000 on top of the 1,725 I had to pay for a 1 day charge. I informed the receptionist prior to payment that we 'll check out in the afternoon (5p.m.) of the same day as I had a flight to catch. So I paid a total of 2,725 just for a 9-hour stay. I think that's quite expensive.

Very convenient location and had parking. Place was very comfortable too. Staff was very nice and polite

Not really an issue but we got a family room and the size of it was still somehow a bit small for us.

Good location. Near mall and food establishments.

Poor customer service. The hotel and rooms were too old. Rooms were too dark. The toilet bowl and sink were clogged.

Front desk and security staff were lovely.

Room was very small, difficult to open large suitcases flat. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner. No filtered water bottles provided in room.
