I like that it's extremely rare to hear a neighbour. The staff is always smiling and nice. It's close to a big Shop center and many restaurants.There is a bathtub.
The TV is nice but the channels are bad quality. They should switch to YouTube and Netflix stuff.

the service of the reception was great and friendly, I found the ladies to be very professional and fun to interact with, The staff on the 4th floor were fantastic very honest, polite and officiant with cleaning my room and always greeted me with a smile also the security was good as I felt safe at all times

Cigarette Smell Everywhere
The hotel from the lobby to the elevator and the room smell like cigarette.

The Shower was very hot and perhaps the thermostat is too high..
Check in was good beds was nice and firm. Staff very helpful.
No attendant on floor.No drinking water. Before there was a water dispenser on floor. Not any more. Had to ask and then only 2 bottles at a time. Not good for a diabetic who drinks a lot.Old equipment kettle broke when trying to pour boiling water into cup and scalded knee and foot. Replacement keye did not work had to call for another.Mosquitoes in the room. Water temp in shower erratic only very hot or cold. Had to keep trying to adjust.Bedsheets had sorts on them.

Location's just a few walk towards Robinson's Place where you can find everything from food, pasalubong, etc. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was so comfty and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. Place is secure and safe

There is only one something that when i booked king room doesn't have a bathtube although i have read king room has a bathtube before booking .I paid 400 pesso for two nights to get a room who has bathtube
Clean and worth the price and all staff from gate till reception and house keeping all good
