The pool was not available the time I tried to swim. Food was limited to breakfast menu only.

Great Location, But Needs Major UpdatesThis hotel's prime location is its biggest asset, especially if you need quick access to Manila Doctors Hospital. It's an incredibly convenient five-minute walk away, which was essential for us during my father's surgery. Front desk and person answering my calls to book a room was very helpful.

The contrast between the excellent location and the hotel's condition is stark. The property is visibly old and dirty, and it's clear that maintenance is severely lacking. Beyond the general disrepair, the TV in our room didn't work, and unfortunately, we also had to deal with cockroaches. These issues really detract from the overall experience.

The place, the pool, tbe building its kinda old but its good...location is accessible because its near lrt, jeepneys, tricycles etc. near to a mall and other fastfood places, all in all its a very good place...i highly recommend it.

They dont have a restaurant that offers buffet because we buffets most especially breakfast...its ok if they charge extra for it...

The hotel was nothing like the pictures on the site. Only allowed to park at the top of the parking garage. The hospital staff across the street have priority over hotel guests. Strictly enforced!! The hotel was in a rundown state. The surrounding area is crazy busy with vehicles. Not that pleasant area to walk around either. The actual hotel lobby is on the 9th floor. No signs telling us this. Got to the lobby area and it was if I walked into an old worn down Bates Motel. Debris on the floor. Bed sheets covering the furniture. We turned around and walked out. Since we canceled on the day of check in, they wouldn't refund our money. Nooo problem...wasn't expensive anyways. Definitely got catfished by the pics on the internet. Even our Philippine friend said she wanted to leave. She said it didn't look really nice or too safe of a neighborhood. So we bolted! Wondered where the Pearl was.

But I am not impressed I stayed in junior sweet but omg the furnitures are really old and disgusting. The fridge is like million ages and the tv does not even work.. And no restaurant and its really expensive compare to better hotel..

Pity the pool was being refurbished. It www re was a heatwave when we visited, swimming in the pool would of been refreshing in the Manila heat.

The location of the place is very accessible to all forms of transportation.The room is spacious.

The only hotel ive checked in with a visiting hours,sounds more like a hospital.The smell of the hotel from lobby, hallway and most especially the room is like my granmas oldest cabinet.Washroom is small and creepy with a pipe connected at the floor hole.The washroom towel looks like a rag you will think twice of using it.

The hotel is so old smelly dirty not so worth the price....I felt cheated

The staff makes you feel right at home. It’s very clean and I enjoy the restaurants and the rooftop pool very much.

It's conveniently located right along the main street and close to tourist attractions in Manila such as Rizal Park and the National museum which was the main reason why we chose this hotel. The room I got with my Nanay was clean and spacious. We arrived a bit too early and had to pay extra for check-in good thing they had a room available for early checkin at that time.

The beds were a good size but not as comfy as I expected.

All the staff members were friendly and very helpful, including the ground floor lobby man, receptionist, and bellman.

Our room had many cockroaches.
