Renovate the kids playroom and maintain cleanliness.

It was the best hotel in Quezon with great rates. I loved their shower with rainfall with hand held and another sprout. We liked the delicious breakfast, hardwood flooring, big bed, hot tea and staff.

My son wanted to see the poorer area of Phillipines with great rates and exceptional reviews . He took the train into Makati to meet friend whereas I just stayed at the hotel. There were no tours that can pick us up from Quezon.

Room, pool and parking

Facilities are very clean and functioning well. The location is very accessible to any part of metro manila.

I didn't encounter this before but the room service is kinda taking so long. We requested towels, slippers and water but it took them 2hrs or more , which I didn't experience in my first and second stay.The room where I was being assigned for the past 2 recent stays that I had were both located in front of the elevator which I don't like because I can loudly hear some of the people talking outside the room. I hope they put a sign in the elevator area to converse in a much lower tone or voice to give respect to people who are already resting from 9pm onwards.

The staff was 10/10 just perfect wery helpfull every time :)

A lot of outside noise, from the street and Gas station next dore, alot of car noise (racing) all the time, not just in the day, in the evening and in the night (woke me up many times) And have air in the room (could not open a window)

It was clean and spacious

We asked the staff if we can bring 2 breads and 2 slice of cheese upstairs (because our children was not able to join us for breakfast, still knocked down from our late night). I think that is acceptable since it was just a small portion, and the buffet will almost close(it’ nearing 10am) unfortunately, we were not allowed to do that for our children.

Spacious room. Relatively new facilities. New and clean. Kids playroom. Family friendly. Strawberry shortcake at Alabano's was value for money so we ordered two. Glad they accommodated our last minute request at the resto before they closed. The ramen resto near the hotel was superb.

Nothing much. Just really minor details. The dirty bubbles in the pool and how cold it was. The kids playroom was unkempt.

The breakfast was not bad, but it is too adapted to their local clients. It could be challenging for foreigners: no proper croissants, no english bf... I think some improvements are needed in this area.

Lack of variety!

As always, the Property was as I've expected. It was my 2nd time staying here and wouldn't be the last. Ardenhills is my go to choice when in Quezon City. Staff are always nice and easy to approach. Food was excellent.The room was clean.The kids had a great time and even left their personal review at the front desk. ?Keep doing a great job as always!

Truly appreciate how clean the room especially the washroom..bathtub was superb.3rd time in this hotel..happy with the service.

I told staff at 9 am to prepare my extra bed and combine the 2 main beds together. I reminded them twice. When i arrived, they had not done any of the things i said. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were good, just lacked conditioner. The breakfast was ok. Staff were good at greeting, just not in following instructions.

The shower pressure was extremely good best pressure so far in the Philippines I've yet to experience.

Lovely friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Well designed and all round a good hotel. I only stayed 2 nights, so u didn't really explore the immediate area. The breakfast buffets were good with a wide selection of foods. I used the gym, which will give you a complete workout. There is a fantastic pool area next to the gym.

I know Manila is famous for traffic snarl ups, but it seemed I was always in a 40-minute taxi ride to get anywhere.

Overall the place is comfortable & having friendly staff.

Staff did not pay attention enough during check out payment. They did not settle our bill properly and start chasing us for the balance amount when our transport for airport arrives as we have a flight to catch. That is not proper.

Staff were courteous, room is clean.

No bathrobe (there's additional charge if you request for that) ; food at the buffet are few, no much choice. No iron and ironing board for my clothes during my short business stay.

A very well organized hotel with a lot of options. Wonderful swimming pool. Two restaurants. Free and safe indoor parking. Well equipped rooms. Walking distance to the local railway (MRT). More restaurants and shopping options close by. Helpful staff and very professional housekeeping

Cleanliness is over all very good, but the corners of the shower and the fittings would need more care.

The friendliness of the lobby staff members, the very spacious room, the choices of breakfast foods as well the very accomodating restaurant crew
