WIFI spotty at best . Breakfast very bad . I have stayed there several times before , breakfast was ok before now just about inedible.

It had internet

There was mildew/mold behind the sink, the towel was old or extremely used, there were no batteries in the remote control for the tv, the chairs made a terrible screeching sound when you sat in them

Staff gave good service.Breakfast was free and excelletn

Run down room, every tv channel blurry/ fuzzy. One low quality unfitted sheet on bed.

No toilet paper, old facilities. Room look like a ware house .

Not my first time staying here. The AC in my room had a problem this time.

The room is clean actually this is my 2nd time with my family. The staff are so kind. I like this place because its near to sm north.

Breakfast is good, only there's not much choices for foreigners who are not used for filipino breakfast.

The location of the hotel and my room because it is just located on the first floor. So convenient.

The sheet is thin. If possible it should commensurate to the coldness of the room since it is with AC I PREFER thick sheet.

1. Beds were big.2. Real slippers were provided.3. Our room has a bath tub which we did not expect.4. Basic toiletries were provided.5. Our room is spacious. 6. There is free breakfast. Although the choices are limited, I can't complain because I only added PhP250 to include breakfast for three persons. Eating breakfast outside would likely cost us around 450 pesos each. 7. Location is very ideal as it is in front of SM North. It is very accessible. 9. Internet connection is okay.

The location was good for us. Staff were friendly.

Can improve on response time to online and over-the-phone inquiries. We booked a family suite but the quality of beds and linens were disappointing. It all looked and felt old and dirty. Even the sides of the foam covers were dirty. We ordered food in the room and it was served on a filthy tray. Also took hours for them to pick up used plates after. Should consider changing their in-house menu list altogether as almost all of the food listed were not available.

Proximity to bus terminals, malls and other places. Responsive staff.

Our 6th floor room has a weird smell. It doesnt even come from the toilet. My Engr colleage thinks something leaks from the ceiling. We called reception and they readily transfer us to a different room as if knowing the room's issue.

I love Eurotel coz of the Location. Value for money. Good staff as all my request granted. Room upgrades without additional fees. Thank u til next time. Highly recommended.

They are continually improving the facilities and the hotel so its acceptable for a bit noises nearby.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and courteous. Food for room service menu/hotel restaurant is tasty. WiFi is ok.

Bath tub is a bit high so it can be dangerous for the elderly.

Breakfast buffet.

Staff are not customer friendly. Female receptionist and room boy told me there were no available rooms for walk-in client. I only got a room later after booking online.

Decent room with complete slippers, grooming kit, toiletries, and towels. And for less than 3k, we had a decent buffet breakfast for three, too! And there was a bathtub!!!
