Bathroom seat not stable .
It's not fancy but safe and comfortable. Close to most everything in Makati...Greenbelt, Landmark, SM..only about a 15 min drive from the airport. The breakfast is not great but doable we have stayed here many times times now. Two thumbs up ÃÂÃ Ã½Ã°à ¸âÂÂÃÂÃ°à ¸ÃÂÃ»Ã°à ¸âÂÂ
If you are on the lower floors there is street noise
So close to everything, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff is very polite and quick to response to our needs. Our room is well-organized and is cleaned everyday. Very pleased with our choice.

I booked a studio delux which appeared to be a single bed. When I arrived they said I was upgraded and ended up with two single beds that were so small my gf and I couldn't sleep on one.

Near Greenbelt and is very accessible. A lot of restaurants and cafes are nearby. The staff are excellent and are super nice.
The elevator is operated by the staff and you have to contact the lobby and tell them your floor number so you could go down/up. Which is not really a hassle but that is quite inconvenient.

Amenities! For a high-rise condo, calling fro elevator to pick you on your floor to go down iis a hassle. This should be fixed! Refrigerator is very old, with rust at the bottom.

To go down on the elevator you have to call someone from your room before you go down because the elevator is not operation unless manned by an employee. The room itself is kind of outdated as far as the interior.
