I always stay at the Riveria mansion hotel, everything is close, and everything is what I asked for

Nothing I don't like, staying here for years now

The hotel is across from a casino. There are many bars and restaurants and massage and KTV places nearby. The room itself was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The restaurant staff were very friendly.

Don't expect a view out the window!

There was a terrible smell in room 425 from smoking. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable. But the smell from smoking spoiled the whole feeling of the stay. Luckily I only stayed in the room for one night. If you are not a smoker, ask for a non-smoking room or ask for a room without the smell.

I use this hotel regularly and it's good value for money. Not the place to go if you want a room with a view though. You'll probably be looking at a brick wall or ventilation plant!

Interior has been well refurbished including a new bed mattress from 2 years ago, which makes the room very clean and comfortable to be in.

Hotel located in the middle of the downtown and a little sleazy area.The building is facing to the busy road and noisy all day and dusty.Staying in the high floor above 10th helps a lot away from the noise and bad air.

Close to malls

AC was not cold enough, not enough pillows (there’s only 2 in a queen bedroom instead of 4), carpets in the room look dirty, needs upgrade. Sink was slightly clogged.

The staff is and has always been very nice and friendly. Love the service I get from the staff! They always do a wonderful job!

I been goin to Riviera mansion for the past 7 years and I'm disappointed on the cleanliness of the room. The carpet just feels gross and they're stains unlike before. The most unpleasant aspect was how hard the beds are it's like a very cheap mattress that feels like a wooden board. My back hurts every morning when I woke up. For the prices that they charge they should actually buy real mattresses not cheap stuff.
