Pros +
- Very nice rooms. Within walking distance to Jupiter Street. Staff made us feel safe.
- The free breakfast. The offering was outstanding. Good location as far as things to do around the hotel. The neighborhood is safe but a bit on the slum side.
- The staff are very helpful at all times, and have a nice chill-out outside to rest a little from the city.
Cons -
- The neighborhood around the Hotel.
- Everything was ok
- I expected that the walls were soundproof. The front desk called when my wife received a long distance call and reported that a neighbour was complaining about a loud voice.

Passable

No more the same
It is no more the Guijo like in the past. Rooms will not be cleaned every day. No more breakfast buffet. No room service. In the past it has always been.
I did not eat breakfast in guijo.Location is perfect an convenient for my purpose.
There should be a little more improvement for noise from neighboring rooms...
The environment is cool. The staff are kind, always ready to help.
Bed linens not changed for 2days, didn't complain to staff though.
Actually, I book with Guijo Suites because of its close location to the National Shrine of the Sacred Heart where I attend daily Mass.At the same time, I like the hotel where I stayed a couple of times in the past, pre-Covid pandemic, because of the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room and even the lobby. Before, I loved the breakfast and the foods served in the hotel dining area. WHICH unfortunately are no longer offered in Guijo Suites.
Tiny black ants that entered the bathroom sink as well as my handbag!
A nice and cosy place to stay for its money. The personnel was very welcoming and helpful. It was a nice stay!
Really miss a fridge in the room
Just simply fair and such a quiet place.
The lobby all the way to the room feels so creepy because no bright ceiling lights or bulbs. Some busted light inside the shower room.Broken door lock, i kept calling them attention of the staff to unlock the sensor knob.
the place looks clean and the front desk is nice. Very arranging. But the room doesn't have windows, it's an illusion with the curtains, so if you are claustrophobic, avoid it.
The district is not the best when you just arrive in Philippines, it doesn't feel safe.
location
there was a small cockroach in the bed when we arrive
Quiet
Leaking bathroom, tv control not working
My stay was an awesome experience visiting for the first time
