The B Hotel - Alabang

Bathrooms were dirty. Mold in the bathroom shower grout. Walls had hand prints and bathroom walls had weird stains all over. Other than that it was ok. Food was so so. Staff was very nice

The breakfast was good with a decent variety everyday.

The hotel was cozy though a bit dated. The staff was amazing however and they definitely made sure that their guests are very comfortable while there.

Room is comfortable and spacious.

Maybe the wifi connection that interrupted many times during my stay.

I love the buffet breakfast, the variety of the food is just enough for us to enjoy. The hotel ambience and staff is very welcoming and accommodating.

Location is very convenient and just a halfway from Paranaque and San Pedro. We stayed here to relax and have time for ourselves. Room is cozy and nice and modern. We used the hot tub but its really not that hot. The only downside for this stay was the check in process. I felt a little uncomfortable. I am fully aware of the process and policy that there will be an incidental deposit. However, I asked the FD if they could just waive it since I told that I only have exact amount. I just paid the room and got my change when I asked, she firmly said no due to auditing purposes. So I asked my partner to talk to them instead, and still got rejected and asked for a card so they could just hold the incidentals. But then again, as I mentioned, we only have exact budget, I would not ask it if have extra. I told my partner to to just tell them we will just to move to another hotel, that's the only time that they agreed to waive it with the manager's approval. I mean, I know its part of the process but do we really need to tell them that we will just move to another so that they could waive it? The approach could have been better. But overall, the stay was nice and relaxing.

Low rate than any other hotel in Alabang

Parking space is too small. The gym and pool are are not easily accessible and needs to be prebooked. To be competitive for other hotels, the hotel should improve more on the amenities to make it more convenient to access.

The buffet breakfast food refill is too slow for guests. The staff for the breakfast buffet is not sufficient for the number of guests

Staffs are very polite & helpful. Very impressed with how they will get out of their way to help us. Excellent service of the female representative that was on duty when we checked in. Highly recommended!!!

Room was clean and spacious. Lift is also efficient. Staff are attentive, friendly and courteous.

Breakfast is pricey, and parking space is too small. In peak periods, your car might be parked on the outside.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — they really made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the location. It’s in a safe, quiet area which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.However, I was disappointed to find mold in the sink and in multiple areas of the shower. That definitely took away from the overall impression. If it hadn’t been for that, I would have given this place top stars, especially because of the exceptional service from the staff.I hope the hotel addresses the issue soon, as everything else was truly excellent, and I would definitely come again next time I'm in the area if they fix this little problem. Again. Amazing staff ?

Room is spacious and the staffs are accommodating. We will definitely book again and refer the hotel.

It would have been better if they offer additional breakfast option at the buffet.
