- You violated my privacy by opening the room I was sleeping in, which is not your right and could harm the hotel. When I write this thing that I wanted from you, do not say that the maid who works with me asked for this, and that, God forbid, something bad happened. I didn't call him. He's the Makati police chief, I have a close relationship with him, and he's known to the embassy. I ask you to write this down, and I will not hesitate to apologize for what I did to you. I will regret not being considered a resident of your hotel and will be compensated for the violation of my privacy
- The staff were polite but quite slow and unprepared. It took me 20 minutes to check in, normally that should only take maximum 5 minutes.
- Internet bad connection after putting wireless router ,nice people very friendly,helpfull,but if your not on vacation like me ,and on the computer fast internet ,its something else
