Ocean view was great. Hard to get transportation and so many kids everywhere. Would be great only for family with small children to enjoy.

Definitely the wall aquarium. It was a hit with my 3 yr old. Also it is conveniently next to the US embassy. Everything is within close proximity. A trip to the airport cost me 300 pesos with the tip included. Don't get ripped off! All relatives loved i

The entrance to the hotel is a bit complicated. One of the drive up entrance is not located anywhere near the hotel check in. You need to have a bellman walk you there but they do a fantastic job of doing this.

Couldn't get a taxi, refused several requests for quoting price from airport it even call. I had to walk to Manila Hotel to get service.

one of the rooms 34255 has a distinct smell like mold. we complaint about it and staff sprayed something but the smell did not go away. bathroom tiles need to be cleaned. Otherwise, we had a nice experience during our stay. definitely will recommend!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. Hotel was very organized.

There was some trash between the bed and the wall.

The experience of being on the Manila Bay, safety, and close to the tourist spots. The restaurants are amazing!

I just don't think that the payment process is just to the customers. customers MUST have double the amount of payment in their card if they will be using their card.

The location was a little out of the way but good and quiet breakfast buffet was good Jeffery in the restaurant is more than a rock star that guy was great place was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay well worth the money

Nothing really kinda creepy when you check in late at night but hey you'll live through it

No late checkout options if u wanted to sleep in an extra hour, u couldn't just pay a little but u needed a whole nights rent

Wonderful, exotic, a lot of fun. Lots of stuff to do.

Breakfast buffet took some getting used to. I wasn't used to that kind of food for breakfast. Upset my stomach a little.

The location is nice since you’re staying right in Ocean Park.Many praises to housekeeping and the guys at the front desk. Ariel was amazing and showed great customer service when assisting.Breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing!

There is no hotel pool but you have to obtain passes to the kids water park for each day of your stay. It was inefficient to ask for a pass, walk to reservations and redeem for each night instead of just receiving a wristband for the stay duration. Also, if you’re staying in the suites, the walk to all amenities is pretty long.

Uniqueness of the room. Aqua room. I love the shower, it’s perfect! Amenities complete except for microwave.

Too cold even when the AC is shut off. Bed linens had holes in it. Mirrors and aquarium glass were not cleaned.

The buffet has very little selection. The swimming pool is not safe because the water where the slide drops is very shallow my grandson’s got hurt one hit his knees the other his head
