- The room was clean.
- First time I’ve stayed at Pearl Garden. Check in was great, Elise and Kyler were really friendly and efficient. The check in process only took a few minutes. The room was way above expectations, immaculately clean and modern. TV channels provided plenty of choice for European guests.

Cons -
- The shower was broken on arrival and the AC made a horrible noise all night. I was not offered another room until I packed and checked out. The staff should have been proactive and offered an alternative immediately instead of me waiting for maintenance to fix these issues. I don't have the time. To add insult, they refuse to charge me on the one night stay and are charging me for the three night booking. Terrible service.
