Room was decent and clean

The common kitchen and dining area at the roofdeck was dirty. Lots of small roaches. Pots full of scratches, incomplete utensils, staff not that accessible to ask

Very quiet and clean rooms.

The only thing I didn’t like was not enough toilet paper. Only one roll.

The room is spacious and modern and has lots of space to unpack. We had a great view of Manila Bay. I liked having a way to refill water bottles and not waste single use plastic, however, it would be nice if the pitcher could be already filled at the start of the stay. The shower pressure and ammenities are great and the beds (not the pillows) are comfy. The elevators are quite fast too. The rooms are quiet. The location is very good too. It is very close to some good restaurants and centrally located to reach Rizal Park, Intramuros and even Mall of Asia. The porters and lobby staff are very friendly.

Breakfast frankly wasn't great. Would've been nice to have had better bread (like, not white, but whoe grain), fresh buns (not old), butter and also some fruit and/or fresh juice rather than boxed. The hair drier in the rooms is nice and powerful but the curled coil is awful, particularly since the location of the plugs and the mirror wasn't well thought out and it unplugs if you pull it. The aircon is quite noisy (definitely not white noise) and the on and off energy saving function means it wakes you up all night when it turns on. The shower design isn't great either, as the length of the protecting glass and the lack of a curtain or additional door means the water splashes all over, soaking the bath mat. The pillows were way too bulky. It's nice to have one slightly harder than the other, but both pillows gave us neck aches. The rooftop could definitely be improved to enjoy the view and maybe add a bar to watch the sunset and have a drink.

The property was clean. The staff was helpful answering questions and service was exceptional. Good Location to malls and restaurants

I wish the gym was bigger. More equipment, and able to accommodate more guests.

The staff are very accommodating. I came very early morning and instead of telling me to leave they were nice enough to let m stay in the hub while waiting for day time. Even then, they allowed to check in earlier than normal. The room is very clean and upbeat. the hub and rooftop is great for a group to chat. Thank you so much everyone.

I liked my entire stay but they can improve their breakfast to add more variety.

We absolutely loved it and will be back it’s in a great safe location to walk to the Robinson mall and close to the US Embassy!

No coffee maker in the room is all , but there is a Starbucks next to it !

These are my comments regarding the breakfast. I hope there can be more variety in the options provided. I don’t eat pork, and for the past two days the only choices available were pork, egg, bread, and jam. I would really appreciate it if there could be at least chicken or beef options available.

Location was great.

Beds were tiny. Entertainment area wasn’t operational.

The property was very clean and comfortable despite small rooms. Their aim towards being a green property is commendable. They are very comfortable property despite that.

The shower area is too small and there is no curtain to stop water going outside the shower area. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception. The area is very bad, unless you have a car it’s not recommended to stay here.

Close to the airport, Robinson mall closeby, a lot of room and great facilities. Booked the room again returning back to Manila

Contemporary design of the room, water dispenser was available in each floor

No telephone inside the room so every time we needed something such as additional toilet paper, we either had to call the hotel using our mobile phone or go down the front desk

Room was very clean and well appointed. We had a short stay and cannot comment on the location etc. Staff were great.

Clean, modern, friendly reception, luggage kept safely, really good value for money, not far from a large shopping mall.

Modernised comfortable room with security staff onsite. Location a bit dodgy but Manila seemed dodgy everywhere.

Breakfast was an absolute rip off terrible low quality with almost no options of food. Better deal at Starbucks next door.
