Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Quezon City

Close to my condo and Eastwood Mall

Very poor customer service, toiletries/towels not being replenished/replaced, trash not being collected, room service too pricey and took long (hour and a half)for just a hamburger and has to make a follow-up. I will not coming back to this hotel.

the location and the staff are best! The staff has been consistently dedicated over several visits - Bravo!

The breakfast is much less and somewhat tedious than it used to be-the past buffet was much better.One of the elevators shook at the 4th floor each time going to the ground floor? It was reported but nothing done.

Hotel was outdated shower nor working not so much of healthy breakfast or meals for the area the decor of room is old. Many people visit as clients of contact centers and sleep in day curtains should be black out

The Eastwood Cafe in the lobby.It was moved location resulting in more privacy; a nice improvement.The food standard is quite good and the place is spotless.Best of all is the hostess, recalling my name from my previous visit; impressive these days!

Location for business work and superbly trained and smiling staff. Their willingness to assist is formidable!

The difficulty to connect on the internet and stay connected makes this difficult to carry business. Here I'm walking around my room to locate the best spot for wifi and then it couldn't hold it - if you have wifi, have good wifi!

The Staff

Room is slightly aged but still great. They need to put more than 2 bottles of water in the room. The staff are amazing !!! In every area ....

Room is a little bit old and grungy. Not enough water in the rooms.

Very accessible to the mall.

I wish they had the same fragrance the mall is using. When it comes to security, anyone can just go to different floors.

The location is really good.

The hotel allows gathering/event/conference to be hosted in the lobby which causes noise which is really unusual in a hotellobby setting.

It had a good location. Close to the mall and restaurants. Convenience stores which were open 24/7 were nearby. I got in at midnight due to a late flight. Was able to find a lot of places to eat were still open.

Rooms were not sound proof that i could hear doors banging opening and shut from the neighboring rooms at 4 AM. This was highly not appreciated after travelling for more than 24 hrs and needed to sleep. I am not sure if it was coming from the staff entramce exits near my room or as i found out that a wedding participants were on my same floor where they may have started preparing as early as 4 AM. I would be nice to have electrical outlets by or near the bed to charge our phones. The only outlet i could see was across the room or the one in the bathroom. The ones by the bed have the lamps plugged into them no spare outlets by the bed.

Location was really good.. malls, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

A bit pricey for the buffet which didn't have a ton of choices.

The property has a great location & good reviews. We never got to experience that. The power was off from 6pm until midnight.

We could not check in, go to our room or receive any updates. They just said the power is out. We don’t know why or how long it will last. We arrived at 9:30 and still no info at 11:30. We went to another hotel. The power was down for 6 plus hours.

In general it was a good experience. Breakfast was quite asian style and varied a lot. Good rooms and nice rooftop pool. Good location surrounded by everything you need

The AC in the gym was not working most of the time.The laundry service was insanely expensive, charging $1 per pair of underwear, while you could cross the street and do 8kg of laundry for the same amount.Breakfast was very good, but i would like some "European" options. Like some ham and cheese or yogurt.

The staff and the service were awesome, the facility is located in a prime area, mall and many food establishments

My stay at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel was a mixed experience. While some aspects of their service stood out, there are several areas that need improvement.Pros:- A huge thanks to the staff, especially the entrance guards and the front desk staff on the graveyard shift. Their courtesy and attentiveness were a big plus in my overall experience.

Cons:- Room condition– The carpet was dirty, which immediately gave an unpleasant impression of the cleanliness of the place.- Air Conditioning– The AC in my room had broken louvres and wouldn’t swing, making it uncomfortably fixed toward the bed.- Food quality– The breakfast was overpriced, and the food served at the event I attended was disappointing. The sashimi seemed old, which drastically affected the catering experience.- Value for money– Overall, the price I paid did not match the quality of my stay.

Nothing, had no choice as this is the only hotel available around work location

Despite paying for a suite and a room with my specification, the front office staff had no considerationRoom is called a suite but clearly shows signs of ageing and housekeeping not up to the standard with dust accumulated, stains and patches on carpets and sofas, burnt irons and the list goes on
