Not really a super clean room and the beds are very hard and the sheets are not very good. I am sure they buy the cheapest sheets they can find.
Love this hotel. A good 4 star hotel without the stuffy feeling of the big hotels. Also like the idea of a mall good hotel. Feel safe in case of fire. Love this hotel and the staff and great food. Our 4th stay here. Br back in mRch..

everything was ok for me and my wife
We liked the cleanliness of the room and the closeness of the location to the malls. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. It was value for money.
There was not enough parking space. The supposed free parking is only applicable if you can chance on the 1 parking space available. We had to pay for overnight parking on our 1st night. We got lucky on the 2nd night.

First I would say that the price for our accomodation did not match. The free breakfast was cold! When we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was ignored. There is not AC in the gym or in the hallways and foyer. We will not be staying there again!!!

There was a big tub in the bath room but no hot water. No restaurant. Very old building from early 20th century.

No facilities like iron. I am attending a conference and there is no iron available for my clothes. Hotel is a bit old and there is an odd smell in the lobby.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Near by glorietta and SM Makati. Alao the one ayala mall bus station
the breakfast is not good and the room is not clean , the towels and bed sheets are dirty and very old I think we have not given a fresh one ,
I was impressed by its great location near attractions and dining. However, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, leaving it uncomfortably hot. While the location is a major plus, the breakfast and AC issues detracted from my experience. I hope these are addressed for future guests.
