Location and close to everything you need

The room so big and nice but the bathroom have a problem in the tub drainage. I lived in front desk knows about it to be fixed. Hotel need a little upgrade special the bathroom

The staff was very friendly & polite.

The shower curtain was filthy & should have been replaced months ago. The towels are worn & old & should be replaced. They are not very generous with their toiletries.

Location if youlike being in old Manila. Veryclose to Robinsons Mall

Breakfast was limited

The room layout was perfect and the staff was outstanding.

My Window was fogged in room 301. And when opened the only view was to a rooftop space. I received no advanced notice of this.

It was close to the mall.

When I was booking our room I did not realize that there were two buildings. So when we arrived and found out that we could not use some of the amenities, it was very frustrating and disappointing. There was also mold in our bathtub.

I like the most is that they are pet friendly, staff are nice and helpful, good food as well.

The only thing I did not like was that there was not enough parking space. Good thing there is a nearby parking area, but I need to pay.

The staff, breakfast and costs for stay were great. It was also by the Robinson 's mall and a laundry mat was next door.

The executive suites had tubs that were very high so it was difficult for my elderly mother to get in and out of on her own.

I liked the affordability and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and we'll kept.

I didn't like the fact that they had bathtubs in the executive suites which were difficult for my elderly mom to get in and out of. We actually had to change our rooms to accommodate my mom.

The breakfast is ok, though limited choices.The location is great.

Welcoming staff, all speaking English and very helpful.The rooms are quite nice and I experienced no problem with street noises while being on the third floor.The breakfast has good choices and the staff even helps you.It's a minor detail but I appreciated having Netflix in the room, which helped for passing time.There's a Lawson real close and a 7/11 on both sides as well. There's also a big mall full of restaurants nearby.

Great location, very friendly staff, big room and clean! The only downside is that the placement of the bathtub is not well-designed — you have to be careful when getting in and out, as it’s easy to slip and fall.

room size is good, walking distance to Robinsons mall,

doesn't have good shower wall panel therefore water runs down outside the bathtub then to the bathroom floor . Not in a good surrounding area.

Polite and attentive staff. Well equipped, clean, and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. There was a water cooler at the end of the hall providing free, cold water, which is a smart idea, eliminating unnecessary plastic bottle waste. Lawson and 7/11 convenience stores within walking distance. Not disturbed by street noise overnight.

from getting off grab to reception to room was done professionally. staff were courteous and attentive

other guests were making a lot of noise as early as 6 am and as late as 12 mn

Irts very clean and staff are friendly

Too much question upon check in why do you need for each invidual when surely the person who book it is responsible for their company. Evam ask for a 12 yo girl.

Staff were always very welcoming and effective. The location is convenient for international travelers as it is nearby a bus and train station and in close proximity to several stores and a big shopping mall.

The water from the shower kept running out of the cabin due to the way it was constructed, and the breakfast buffet frequently got a bit overcrowded. Overall these minor inconveniences and hotel Kimberley is definitely worth a stay.
