Great location. Friendly and professional staff.

Could use a microwave in the room

Room was clean and spacious

Heater in our bathroom was not working well, bed was 2 mattresses put together so it was kinda uncomfortable.

The proximity of the location to the restaurants/cafe where we wanted to go, very accomodating staff, the cleanliness of the room is ?, room temp, and comfy bed.

Not much of a noise proof room because the noise in the hallway can still be heard inside the room. And the shower area doesn’t have a door so the water could still reach outside the shower area. Guests must always put the bath mat right outside the area to avoid slipping.

The location.

The room was stuffy and as a result of the air conditioner and the temperature differences, the floor, the bed and everything became completely wet. We asked to move rooms but were told that was the way it was and there was nothing we could do, even though we saw on booking that there were other rooms available. When we complained, it took room service two hours to come and see. It was unpleasant to sleep and stay in the room.

Good hotel in prime location to bar strip. Also offered a great rooftop pool and lounge area. Nice stop over hotel before heading to other destinations.

Drink selection of rooftop bar was limited.

Housekeeping left floors wet, didn’t resupply basics. One day didn’t receive housekeeping at all but didn’t bother to call since we were tired. This is only area they need improvement. A good value and a nice hotel

What I liked about Belamy House Makati is its prime location, the chic and modern design of the property, and the mesmerizing rooftop that offers stunning night views of the Makati skyline.

What I didn’t like is that the rooms feel a bit too small and stuffy, which can make longer stays less comfortable.

Great, clean place, had everything from a little gym to a pool, good staff, and relatively cheap.

Location and very clean and surprisingly quiet for being in a busy street

No view from the window so very little sunlight

Location was ideal - close to a 7eleven and a Watsons for things you might have forgotten, also near a Jollibee or McDonalds for a quick bite to eat if you're hungry. The staff was very helpful and accommodated everything we might've needed - we were a big party by the time of check out and they were aiding us with our luggage - it was much appreciated! Rooms were also well maintained, super clean, and provided clean drinking water before you go out and get more for yourself.

Not their fault but the property is on a busy street so getting a Grab and just getting anywhere during the day from the hotel will take a while with the traffic! But just plan for the traffic accordingly and you should be fine.

New hotel and in a really good area. Dont miss out the rooftop for a nice Manila skyline :)

Room was very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows.

A staff from the hotel opened the room while we were already checked in. She just knocked a couple of times then proceeded to open the door. When she saw that someone was inside, she just said sorry then left. I’m not sure why there was a need to go inside the room as as this never happened in other hotel stays. It was 5PM already so this we definitely not to “make up room”. There were multiple instances of loud noises during our stay. We woke up at 7am because of construction noises. On our 2nd night, we woke up because of other guests fighting outside the room.

The room is small but, very nice and comfortable. This is the first hotel in SE Asia that I noticed had double glazed windows which reduce the outside noise. I assume that most hotels don't use these because the temperature swings are minimal in SE Asia.

I had breakfast in two locations which are not part of the hotel. Both were only so so. I had dinner in one of the restaurants and it was excellent.

It feels new, one of the few hotels in Makati that is budget-friendly and NOT run-down. I think this hotel is well-managed.. and you can feel that they really maintain the place.

For how much I paid for, I think everything seems in place.

Location: accessible to restaurants, convenient stores, spa. Value: excellent! Staff: everyone is professional and warm

The in-house dining experience could benefit from enhancements. There was a delay in serving the food, and an order was mistakenly prepared, requiring a redo. Additionally, the pricing was on the higher side.

Check-in was 24/7 available with friendly and very helpful staff! The room looks like the photos, clean and neat. Good location in Makati, near P. Burgos Street for going out to bars/restaurants. Decent options for breakfast for 500PHP per person (they are not inside the hotel, but on another level inside the same building). Comfortable bed and small rooftop pool.

The room was a little small for our two luggages, but still manageable! The hotel hallway and elevators often had a funky smell (also our room), but was manageable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are a lot of dining options, bars and cafes available nearby.

Great facilities with comfortable mattress and very clean rooms. The staff was friendly. Also easy to get to and from the airport via a transfer.

You could hear the street noise and upon further inspection of the windows the seal was failing which is probably why the noise was louder than it should have been.
