Luxury Hotel Type Condo near NAIA Manila Airport

Molding smell ,tv not working, no hot water , not as picture advertised

The door beside window has a holes so its really loud outside from cars motorcycles we didnt sleep whole night and also when you open the light there was a very noisy loud

SCAM, DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO!

We were not able to use the room. The host was not responsive. The concierge asked for the specific number of the unit. No detail was provided by the host. It was raining when we went there and we were forced to book another hotel because this booking is a total scam. DO NOT BOOK THIS condo!

Not too far from the airport.

No hot water. It was difficult to find where to check in. The men at the gate didn’t even know where we should go. There was a cockroach. There wasn’t soap or other items.

The host was responding quickly on my messages the place is near to the airport having clean and excellent room highly recommended

There were bugs in the room, there were cockroaches on the nightstand and one climbed on me while I was sleeping.

Aircon is not working well, very hot inside the room , water in shower is slow. When i arrived they couldnt find my booking

Something smells in the bathroom. I have to turn on the vent for the whole duration of my stay.

Nothing special.

Nobody accomodated me not until 6pm I waited 4 hours in the lobby!

The location was near to the airport.

The bed is not comfortable as you can feel the springs. Not a good night sleep. There were cockroaches in the living room but mostly in the bathroom. Not really suitable if you are having a baby with you.

It's very Accesible from terminal 3 , walking distance from the overpass and very safe !

early check out at 11:00 and can't leave luggage in front desk though

There’s nothing to like about this property, the name “LUXURY” is fake advertisement. It is not what you see in the picture. It is horrible!

The bed was broken and very poor quality, I couldn’t sleep at all as every time I more I hurt my back as the mattress is very thin with smell. The toilet is so small and the shower is a shoebox unless you are a skinny Filipino you’ll be fine just fitting in. Kitchen is so dirty and the floor is so sticky. The place looks so depressing, I end up going to the airport early as I couldn’t sleep at all.

Location.

Not same as photo. Very old pillows comforter Also cockroach cowling. Poor tolitires At the time of check in , I had to wait 30 mins more to get all sort . The receptionist have no idea about my booking. They advise me to contact agent. I have no WiFi and call facility at that time. Poorly managed.

It was close to the airport. Be prepared for a 10-15 minute walk to the condo (sometimes on a rough sidewalk). This is not a hotel. It is a condo (apartment) in a large building. The outside security man will direct you the correct building. A second security guard (In the correct building) will give you keys to your room. All the security guards were nice and provided directions. But keep in mind there are several buildings (not all clearly marked), so double check with the security guard, which building you are going to before you leave the first security guard.

The room was small and the bed was not very comfortable. Least comfortable bed during the whole trip in the Philippines. The sheets and towels were clean. There were several bugs (roaches) in the room.

Booked two apartments for me and a colleague. My room was okay, but my colleagues had some complaints with hers.

The renter never informed us of our room #s before the check-in time, tried calling when we arrived the place but no answer. The concierge did the follow-up for us. It was totally incovenient for us since we just arrived from a long trip abroad and wanted to easily check-in and rest but instead we have to go back and forth cluster d & c to find our rooms.

The location is very convenience

Very small bathroom. There’s no complimentary water. No one is responding to my calls/texts.

Easy check-in. Passable for one night at the airport.

Cockroaches. Room didn't match pictures. Bad smell.

The location was nice

It was nothing like the pics. Door to outside was broken. Bed was barely a mattress on a metal frame that barely held us up when the pics of the bed had nice comforter great frame and thick mattress. Cockroaches in bathroom. Tv didn’t work. The dining table was different than pics, rickety and old same with chairs which were different than pics.

It’s 5mins away from terminal 3, the location was very convenient for me. It’s also cheap. Just a place to rest for a night to catch another flight in the morning

A minute inside the condominium, I already killed 2 cockroaches. 5 minutes in, a saw another small one walking about. 30mins in, another slightly bigger cockroach was watching me take a shower, I don’t mind the audience, but it’s creepy. So, I had to killed that cockroach. This condominium is full of surprises, so, if you’re looking for thrill, book it now and have a cockroach party ?
