The recent visit is the cleanliness of our room, under the bed is so dusty as well as the couch there's still things below the couch.

Its proximity to other establishments, the hotel room upgrade, the requests were granted, the staff are friendly and approachable.

My wife told me that everything went very well. The room was spacious, clean, elegant and very comfortable. The staff were very nice, courteous and accommodating. They were unable to avail of the spa due to lack of time. While the breakfast buffet was a feast and was worth than the price. We definitely would come back and highly recommend to everyone.

The bidet of the wc was too high.

We always enjoy our stay here. Our family loved it here, and it was such a treat to be here and have a wonderful staycation. The staff are courteous and nice. Truly a worthwhile experience.

There is a bit of a waiting time in the reception, and the seats are limited. Maybe add more seats, but it was fine.

Aircon was good. Water dispensers on each level. That was about it for the positives.

The breakfast buffet was fairly poor - lots of choice but all pretty average food. The fitness centre was limited and only 3 people max allowed in there. I went early morning and was able to get in every time but wouldn't fancy my chances later on. The room was tired and needed some TLC. I was on the floor below the sky bar and it was loud at night. I had a free "upgrade" to a suite but the room was still not nice. I needed an invoice on check-out and the staff took 25 minutes to find me something that I could vaguely submit to work. I understand this is more of a family hotel and I was on a business trip so not appropriate but I had a fairly terrible stay.

Breakfast is good! We liked the water spa as it is included in our booked room. Staff were very helpful and kind. Sofa bed was available in the room that we booked.

It is really noticeable that the property is already old. Our fridge has some rust inside. One bedroom suite was small from what I have expected.

Staff are very helpful, restaurant offers variety in the menu, reasonable price.

They charge extra for some things that other hotels don’t like extra pillow, late checkouts, use of the pool etc.

Our hotel room came with free water spa access and breakfast buffet. Junior Suite is spacious, with office table, chair, couch, big tv, refrigerator, kettle, water pitcher with glasses, and slippers. TV has cable with a lot of channels. Room is clean and has big windows with amazing skyline views. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is stocked with toothbrush, shampoo, soap, body wash, hair dryer, and hair brushes. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Water spa facilities are clean and relaxing. Also went to the Sky High Bar with 360 view of the city, really pretty specially at night. Prices are reasonable. Best staycation we’ve had in the Metro!

Please include quiet hours in the rules during check in. Our neighboring rooms kept running and screaming in the hallways until 1AM. Also please mention the 2k security deposit in the hotel listing.

The housekeeping staff are great. Same with some staff. But there is no consistency or at least being genuine.

The reservations team did not notify us that the pool is not available on that they because there’s an event for some staff. Next time email us if there’s any closure or event so that we can find another hotel where we can enjoy the pool. At least you can do some guest recovery or upgrade us. And apologise immediately and do not put the blame to another department. Take ownership. It’s my first time and I feel bad about this matter.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. I loved it! I also loved the breakfast!

The only drawback was I couldn’t figure out how to switch off the lights. I think the staff/porter can let the guests know where the light switches are. It just wasn’t obvious to me, unfortunately.

One door key card per room which difficult for couples managing access the room in different times.

Breakfast is still good and of course we loved the water spa. Room is comfy.
