Astoria Greenbelt

Staff was very kind, location was safe and clean

Breakfast buffet was always leftovers from the previous days dinner buffet.

close to the Shopping Mall; very accessible

every time we booked a room - we were assigned to no window room. This time we were accommodated in 2 rooms but the other room was located on the other floor which was very inconvenient for us. I hope next time this can be resolved. Thank you.

Breakfast is great

Some noises

Breakfast & location is good.

Bathroom toilet very slow to flush. No designated smoking area.

We chose Astoria because of its location — near to the shopping district…

They forgot to tell us that the breakfast included is not a buffet, which we did not expect.. According to one of the staffs they only have a limited guests that’s why they did not have a buffet which is quite frustrating.

It’s always great to come here: the staff remembers us and always greet us with “it’s so good to see you!” Super helpful with luggage. And the breakfast is the best. We always linger for that extra cup of coffee and choco.

Clean, Convenient walking distance to market, restaurants, money exchange kiosk. Easy to find a cab to get to sightseeing places.

Our room was smaller than expected.

Very close to the shops and Very good breakfast

Slow check in from the start

Location, cleanness, breakfast

Noise of staff’s step from stairs, cramped room

The Breakfast was really good. The location was perfect.

Difficult sleeping with outside noise.

Location was great only need to cross the street to go to Greenbelt shopping mall. Breakfast was also good, buffet style however mostly Philippine style breakfast.

the beds are super small and you can't sleep comfortably if 2 people are sleeping in the same bed. room had a window however the window was covered with a sticker where you can't see outside. it felt a bit claustrophobic.

Nice staff. Good WiFi. Good shower. Good breakfast. Good location.

Air con too loud to sleep without ear plugs. Needs a more modern quieter Air Con.Coffee at breakfast was poor

Perfectly acceptable small hotel, well-located by Greenbelt Mall. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi good. Breakfast impressive for such a small hotel - seems like they have plans to keep improving the place which is refreshing to see. Only an overnight stay but would have been fine to stay longer

Breakfast was OK. Location is great close to several malls. Reception staff welcoming ?. Bell Boys went beyond to help. Reception staff happily arranged Grab for transport. Worked out cheaper. I highly recommend ASTORIA GREENBELT.

I hope TV was working for the whole period of my stay.

The food and staff.

Shower room because the space is too small to move comfortably.

Well it's the best breakfast every day and the staff is super attentive and caring! Great location too, just a short walk and you're in the Greenbelt complex and it's super easy to get anywhere.

super small room not expected nosy walking q

upgrade the room and bathroom

Best breakfast and best staff and best location

It is a small cozy hotel, with accommodating and polite staff, good breakfast and a perfect location.

Very polite and helpful crew. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

Netflix was not working in my room.
