City Stay Inns Slex Makati

Room absolutely clean.I stayed here many times.Staff very..friendly Neighborhood as well.Many places to eat.Close to palengke( Grocery). Highly recommended for a budget stay. I love it...

Very bad

1) Money was debited from my card before I arrived at the hotel. Then I came to the hotel and paid in cash. The money withdrawn was not refunded. 2) They took a deposit of 1,500k as if it were a very large and luxurious facility, this is very high 3) The air conditioner was placed next to the pillow in the corner of the bed, it was very noisy and I felt cold. 4) The rooms were small, the television did not turn on and there was not even shampoo in the bathroom

The location is good in Makati The staff was nice and polite

The cleaning was bad, lot of mosquitoes on the floor. For the price we expected something humble, but for the reviews we were expecting something cleanerThere is a river full of garbage and smelly too close to the place.

The staff was friendly. The location is not that bad. It has a supermarket about 5/6 min walking and a mall about 10 min walking.

It could be more cleaner.They asked for a deposit fee of 1500 pesos in cash at check in without telling anything in advance.

Very poor

My room wasn't cleaned all through my stay(3night)They only swept the second day n I swept the last night.

I like the staff so accommodating and the place are quite.

The air-conditioned not that cold enough and need some repairs on their toilet flushing. Overall it was very good.

Location is terrible, nothing around no caffe,no restoran nothing very poor neighbors so I did always use taxi(grab)On location you can't buy nothing to drink and you don't have fridge in rooms so it's a little problem Butt for price it's ok to stay 1-2 nights like I did

The personnel was friendly and helpful. They cared about their guests.

Wish it had a small refrigerator.

The air condidion was right above the bed, and when you turned it on, it was blowing directly onto your head. You should relocate the bed. Everything else, really good.

I love their cleanliness & perfect pillow for sleeping. The staff is super friendly and supportive!

Wifi is not good for working but ok for simple need.

Near the area where I need to go. The place is comfortable. The staff is accommodating.

Very good staff. Really nice and dedicated. They help with everything, not even what is related to the hotel, they are available for everything consecutively and immediately.The staff always puts what you ask for in the fridge and heats it up in the microwave. Get the best service in the world all the time

Mattress is not the worst but I was not comfortable

No breakfast served despite paying that huge some of money.

The money was quite much ,had to pay extra 12%VAT that I was told was excluded which was out of my budget .Can I please get an online receipt for money paid please .

You get what you pay for. The room was small but clean and the bed was nice. Good location half way between Airport and City. For 1 Night totally ok.

A bit noisy, but not to bad

stayed there since I had an event near by and walking distance from it. The area itself is not that nice and very polluted from the main road traffic but not unsafe in any way. Close to the malls and supermarkets.

It's pretty noisy from the main road and also pretty polluted along the main road to be honest. The reas in itself is not the cleanest either but again, my reason to stay there was proximity to my event.

This place exceeded my expectations. I will stay again. Staff were great!

Bathroom was really small, AC wasn't very cold but it was tolerable. They were able to accommodate our early check-in (with extra pay.)

Good for a 1 night stopover

Not the cleanest, had dried up bogies all over the wall near the bed
