The covers of the bed were very fluffy and nice. Can't beat the price with what you get. If you're a simple person and don't need anything extravagant then you'll fit right here. I'm extremely simple and easy to please.

I have tried to contact you and been complaining that this place was trash. So many cockroaches, centipedes and bedbugs! The rooms are stuffy and smelled of mildew. Washrooms were to small to move around and smelly.

Nothing to like about this place, the room is tiny, and bed barely fits between the two walls, and it's stuck to the end wall next to the windows which allow noise to come from the street. The air conditionner blows directly on the feet or the head of the guests and it's very noisy. The shower/toilet room is tiny, the toilet seat is too small and low, the shower head doesn't work.

great location, the room has a nice and simple bed. the A/C was cold and great assistance from the staff. Good accommodation value for money

location is close to the Pasig River which is great. The place is accessible to different locations and tourist spot. All the people working in there are friendly and helpful.

The area was very convenient, there are nearby shops and safe to walk around the area. The reception staff are really friendly, and the rate is very affordable.

It was somehow clean, small bedroom with own bathroom was enough for my needs and purpose. Bed was wide and comfortable. It was near the facility i was visiting, and staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were no hangers or spaces to hang clothes on. Also the location is a bit difficult to find. No convenient store nearby. No food service.

It was inexpensive.

Everything. There were cockroaches in our rooms. The airconditioner was placed wrongly. Didnt even had toiletries. They had water pitchels and free wster kettle to use but no free mineral water at least.

Bad stay due to weak water

‏You were informed in writing that I would arrive at the hotel at 11 a.m. for a three-day stay, and you did not refuse. Upon arrival, the receptionist insisted on paying an additional amount for the three hours from 11 to 2, even though I assured her that I would leave at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, this was contrary to the agreement. Then it became clear that the water in the hotel was very weak. It does not provide a good shower, and the soap liquid is very poor and does not foam

- it's cheap compare to other place -receptionist name Jhon ray is super nice and accomodating . I have a problem with the security deposit 1500 and he suggested to do BDO to bdo transfer which is convenient for me . So thank you - ac and hot shower is working - they give you 2 bottle of water - toilet with shampoo - they also have kettle and mirror

For me who is not familiar with manila it's a bit of a struggle to get jeepney to get to the place from buendia mrt

Good location and nice staff

We saw bed bugs in our room, but hotel still wanted to charge us for cancellation. Offered us another room instead, quickly found bed bugs there too, but they kept the security deposit to cover us cancelling.
