Breakfast was great and very delicious. Staff are kind and very hospitable; they assist us with everything we need. They always smile and greet us, despite being tired and having a river of sweat. ( I forgot his name, but he's in the blue uniform. He's in a utility department, I think.)I also like the smell of the hotel upon entering the lobby; it smells like lemon, I think, and in the hallway also.Even the room smells so good, and it's very neat.

Great view great everything. I booked a double bed room and a suite. I think they told me the wrong room on suite and we brought kids to the suite and me and my girl ended up staying in the double bed room. You can't show kids the nice room and tell them to sleep elsewhere lol

A better and more secure way to make sure I don't give the wrong room away. The suite was above and beyond a nice room

Hotel is clean and located near Mall of Asia. I love the BAR on the top floor. And near the bay. Also near Star City Amusement Park

The elevator is a bit slow and tight. Long wait for the elevator

the rooms are adequately spaced, staff are very friendly and accommodating.

we stored our bags in the luggage storage, when we came back for it at the night, one of our daughter's small bags was not returned. we only realized it when we left the hotel already, when we were trying to reach them for help, it took numerous of phone calls, even though they said they will follow up with us regarding our concern, they never did. It was found 2 days after our non-stop phone call and follow up. Such a hassle for such a small concern.

The view of the ocean is nice.

The location isn't walking distance to most things you would want to do. The elevators are very bad with extremely long waiting times to go up or down. The restaurant is very overpriced. I asked where I can do my laundry nearby and they said they do laundry there and said it's the laundry rate. I gave them a bad of dirty clothes and they charged me over $80 usd for doing the load of laundry. I could have bought all new clothing for that price and they clearly just tried to rip me off because i'm american. This was not a cheap hotel and the room was much smaller than expected for an "executive king suite" just one small room and a bathroom, no microwave.

I found this accommodation disappointing and not up to expected standards. The floor was dangerously slippery, posing a risk of injury, and the sheets displayed noticeable stains, calling into question the room’s cleanliness. I reported these concerns to the staff and spoke with the manager, but no compensation was offered. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this property to travelers. Prospective guests may wish to consider alternative options with stronger commitments to cleanliness, safety, and responsive management.

The facilities are ok. The cleanliness of the establishment is deemed remarkable. There are plenty of amenities to visit.

Sunset and the bay are not much enjoyable to see with the view of the reclamation. Buffet breakfast is also limited with a few options of viands. It runs out of several items of food during peak hours.

Cleaning not good enough.When we arrived.*Throw pillows didn’t change was smell bad and dirty(I have pictures if needed)*Bathroom have molds ceiling and walls,,they can clean much better.(I have pictures,if needed)*during Rainy days one of our Room had leakage from the ceiling,I don’t know if it is from Ac or Rain..they fixed it but came back again*The door of bathroom was not good I asked to fixAnd Bad smell coming out from Comfort room/Bathroom.*During Rainy days one of the elevator was out of order, We need to used stairs but the stairs is wet because of leakage.

Hotel staff are polite and respectful. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is only 30 minutes from the airport without traffic.

Good breakfast! That's what's worth the money. Lots of movies in the tv and very cool temperature room.

Bed sheet had some dust on it.. Small standard room and walls was too thin. I can hear kids or people walking around or talking from the hallway. Standard room was really.. Like I'm better off staying else with a bit more price. Or just stay in maybe the room with the view of a construction island. ?

THE POOL DECK VIEW OF THE SUNSET AND HAVE A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY CORTEOUS. THE ROOM WAS UPGRADED SO WE CAN HAVE A GREAT VIEW OUTSIDE. THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN AND I LOVE THE COFFEE.

MAYBE WE COULD EXTEND OUR CHECK-OUT TIME. THERE WERE PLENTY OF GUEST WERE CHECKING OUT AT 12:00 NOON TIME THE TIME WE WERE CHECKING-OUT. THEY STAGGGERED THE GUEST CHECK-OUT TIME BY COMPARING THE TIME THEY CHECK-IN.

It is hard to connect from room to the concierge. It took time for both landline and ipad placed in the room. After five time of trying, finally we are connected but telling to the concierge what we are dealing at the moment doesnt create any good at all. Concierge at that time seem to be not affectionate..sorry
