Somerset Central Salcedo Makati

Breakfast was OK Staff are great

Breakfast options could be greater for non Asians although if you ask they can accommodate

Very close to my sister?s condo!

The restaurant inside the hotel had caused us to have stomach problems!

No coffee in room, only tea. No hand towels.

Great staff

Quiet

Location,appearance

The internet photos,vs the actual layout of some of the rooms.

Great rooms, great staff, good breakfast selection, great location.

Cooking facility, spacious bed. So new and clean.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff were all great and went out of their way to help! Shout out to the IT guy (sorry forgot his name), who helped my husband and checked on us daily to make sure all is ok.The 1BR was also perfect for our family. Spacious, clean and feels brand new while still being home On our last night, there was a Christmas lighting ceremony with bibingka and puto bumbong. The atmosphere was great The location was also great!

The coffee machine at breakfast

The access routes to the parking area are very narrow passages, making it difficult for an SUV to pass through.

This hotel was perfect! One of our best stays in the metro! We booked this for New Year’s eve as we wanted to have a view of fireworks from atop for a change. While our room’s side didn’t offer a view of the fireworks, we were just a few walks away from Makati countdown which was a mini-concert as well so it was a memorable night for us! It’s also close to cafes and restaurants so location is definitely prime. Room is clean and complete with essentials and appliances for a comfortable stay. Somerset also gave in on my request for a NYE cake and mind you, it wasn’t just a slice but a whole mini cake! They also offered free-flowing cocktail and snacks bar during the countdown. All staff were courteous and helpful. They truly care about guest experience and comfort. Overall a 10/10 for us!

Small issues like a bit of longer waiting times on the elevator but manageable and probably depends on volume of guests (we checked in during holidays so understandable)

Clean place and comfortable

Food at Nonya is 1/5 ? we were expecting it to be the same level of quality but we didn’t enjoy the food.

The staff was friendly and humble, especially Connie Santos????

breakfast service the staff making omelet , She keep playing phone and seat at the corner whenever people not around, While on duty doesn't look professional for my point of view.

So far, the best place we stayed. We were in room 2609 which was a 1 bedroom apartment that had a machine in the unit that washed and dried your clothes (detergent was provided free for 1 load). Full sized refrigerator and freezer that had ice trays. Large filtered drinking water dispenser (no single use plastics) in the kitchen. Dining area, sofa and TV area. Makeup mirror, large shower with good pressure and hot water. Iron and ironing board in the room. Good air conditioning and WiFi. Decent gym and pool on the 7th floor. We arrived around 8:30 in the morning and were able to check in (for a very reasonable extra fee). Staff was very helpful and kind. Security was tight because there is an embassy next door.

We cannot think of anything we did not like.

Great location, breakfast good, clean room.

Food at restaurant mediocre.

The little stuff are appreciated. Cocoa nibs, tea, a steam flat iron. It made the stay comfortable.

Clean, modern and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and sheets.

More machine options in the gym would be desirable.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Check in and Check out process was seamless, there was also good food options in the restaurant. No loud noises in the vicinity.

Gym could have been better, the options are very limited as well as sparse options for free weights. The lifts took some time during certain hours as 2 of the 5 lifts were shared with the public parking area.

Very fancy & clean. Liked everything especially washer/dryer. Great staff. The Viking Buffet all-you-can-eat at the mall was phenomenal.

Not within walking distance to major shopping
