Staff are excellent. The area is very interesting.

The housekeeping was amazing and the free water was actually nice, all of the staff were accommodating which helped ease up things.

the TV's needs upgrading it didn't have thae latest apps that makes the tv's worth, the tv cable connection is really bad it was glitchy and unwatchable at times.

I wasn't informed how to connect to hotel free wifi. We could hear the doorbell from the other room. The housekeeping staff needs to improve. They did not replace the floor rug.

The staff was very unhelpful. I had requested cancellation of the booking within 5 minutes of booking. However, the hotel remained inflexible and did not allow cancellations as it was a non refundable booking. Not allowing cancellations with 24 hours of booking is definitely not helpful. The lifts were not working.

I tried to use my credit card to pay, but it didn't go through, eventually i had to use a web link to pay and the process took longer than expected.

loved everything! staff were very accommodating as well. they provide late checkout. nice gym, nice big and clean bedroom. comfortable beds!

the toilet didnt seem to have much ventilation so taking a hot shower with the door closed resulted in so much smoke inside.

Breakfast was good, good variety of food especially for someone like me who doesn’t eat Filipino food for breakfast. Very nice view. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Bathroom had pink mould in the grout. Very off putting for me, personally.

No1 is the friendly staff and the clean facilities. I just would like to suggest if you have a bar in the night. The breakfast is okay but it would be better if it has a lot of more choice like not only 1 fruit of choice maybe you can have a choices of salad to or canapes.
