Pretty decent for it’s price. Spacious rooms. Ample parking and great location.

Understaffed. No leeway. Does not price match if not using booking.com (extra $8). Penalty charge for everything.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Wifi was good.

Price was not worth it. Room needs to be checked. Seen tiny cockcroaches. Toilet faucet need to be fixed. Room telephone needs to be checked also; not functioning so need to go down if you have concern.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is perfect as it is situated in the center of Makati.

We foud too many cockroaches and felt like in a cockroaach.farm or Zoo. That was pretty disgusting. I have never seen so many of these "beautiful" animals in one place in my life. There is no real variety in the breakfast and not even eggs. Internet was very weak.

Pleasant

Saw a cockroach in the bathroom and some floor tiles are cracked and sometimes flip over. Ventilation at the CR is noisy.

I liked that the property is budget-friendly and situated close to my office and the locations I am required to visit for work.

What I didn’t like about the property is that the facilities were lacking. First, there were no slippers provided, and I had to request them. The telephone wasn’t working, and they had to fix it after I had already checked in. There was no fridge in the room, even though it was listed as part of the facilities when I booked, so they had to bring one from another room. There was also no electric kettle as advertised. The television is not working. Worst of all, there was no chair in the room, even though there was a table, leaving me with no proper place to sit while having a meal, so again, I have to request it.

First time stay had roaches n bed bugs in one of d rooms we booked. Second time stay… none.Poor TV reception… but we were out most of day time.

Disappointed

I stayed for a totals of 3nights and all I can say is that they dirty I found a mouse running around my room and when i informed the staff they came a had a brief look and when they couldn’t find it they said no mouse you can go back to sleep like I didn’t see it. They wouldn’t give m a different room even though they did have different ones available . Then the next day I checked out and checked back in so they’d give me a different room and the next room they gave me was worse I go there and the air corn was dripping more water than you can imagine and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They said to me I must just put a bucket of water under the air on and it was loud and felt like a responsibility the whole stay. The one staff member came to fix the toilet and said it was okay now mean while he didn’t fix anything was the same problem didn’t work and it didn’t bother them when I told them again now a pleasant stay

Room 602 toilet will not flush properly. Maintenance came n brought plunger.

The telephone in the room wasn't working. We had to change room during midnight as it's suddenly flooded in our room. Take note we are in the 6th floor. But there's no complimentary or anything to make up for the inconvenience.

i like when i called for room adjustments like the airconditioner,the remote of the TV,and the telephone but so unfortunate that Telephone isnt working…for me,telephone or landline is important when you are alone for emergencies but in general my stay was very good.

landline isnt working at that moment, there was no toilet tissue povided, the hotel didnt prepare the room prior to my arrival since i booked ahead of time.

Inexpensive and close to where I needed to be. Fast check-in and check-out.

I feel like the room wasn't adequately cleaned after the previous occupant. There was long hair on the floor of the room, and in the bed sheets.

Staff were friendly and the pancakes were nice.

No hot water for showering and low water pressure. Windows wouldn’t close and the traffic noise outside was very bad.

My visitor sleep over since i was alone, and she didnt know bout the smoking rules, was asking their forgiveness, and not gonna do it again, but they squeeze us to pay the fine of 1000 pesos.. since my guest doesnt have money, i paid for it,but still not a good impression at all.

Location is great.

We didin't know that the first room given was scheduled for fixing but the let us check-in without informing guests. Then when we used it the faucet was broken and cannot be used, phone is also not working when we want to notify them, then we had to transfer to another room. TO THE MANAGEMENT, PLEASE TO NOT RELEASE DEFECTIVE ROOMS TO YOUR GUESTS TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE TO BOTH PARTIES.

The quadruple room with two queen beds we stayed in was great for us since we are four in the family! Value for money and good location for overnight stay as the hotel is only 10-12 minutes walking distance to Greenbelt 3, which is one of the popular malls in Makati. There's also a parking area if traveling with a car.

Little difficulty opening our room door. Good thing the hotel staff were accommodating and helpful to us especially when we returned in the evening.
