Staff are very nice and provided excellent service

No. All is good, staff were very nice, felt safe in the hotel, near all the food area, shopping centers, restaurants and shop.

The parking area is not enough for guest

The location gives access to everything and everywhere one needs and wants to go; safe, guest-friendly staff and neighborhood.

The air conditioning unit in my room is a little noisy that i had trouble sleeping the first night...

what breakfast? Ok, I knew there was no restaurant. But the price was good.

A kettle and mugs were there.. so it would have been good if there were teabags/ milk / coffee sachets.

Great Location. It is near Uptown BGC.

Loading and Unloading passengers at the front of the hotel for Grab and taxi rides. It can cause traffic.

I did not like that they put Uptown BGC as it is misleading on there trade name, the property is at the back of BGC ( there is a lot of small houses and stores outside the hotel gate - stray dogs and cats, rats, smelly canal will meet you as soon as your out of the gate). Towels were off white already. It took us almost an hour to ask for a toilet paper.

The room, location, and price.

Great price for close location to center of BGC. Staff very friendly & even made another pot of coffee 5 minutes prior to stopping for me.

walls are so thin we can almost hear everything from outside our room and it was so loud at night with all the banging doors we kinda felt unsafe

iHotel ‘s exterior looks like some of the typical old, weathered apartments in the “embo” areas of Makati but its interior is a nice surprise. Lobby has minimalistic aesthetic. Room is basic and spacious. I had a comfortable stay although I wished the room was cleaner (dusty clothes rack, fridge area). Overall, I enjoyed my stay because room was inviting and cozy enough for the rates and the staff were friendly and professional.

Not soundproofed rooms so loud and rowdy guests can be annoying.

The location is just few minutes away from BGC.

Limited parking slot. We have to look somewhere to park our car. The towel looks heavily used. The rod in the bathroom was a bit rusty. What I really don’t like was the customer service, the girl receptionist talks to people without looking at them, I have seen this happened to the 3 customers she served. It’s awful when she said “please take a sit first, your name will be called” in a not-so-friendly tone.

I don’t expect for anything this cheapest price but it’s good.

We love the location since BGC is so accessible in their area, it’s just across the street. Also, the place is compliant with building ordinances so we feel safe.

Aside from the location, what I like the most about this property is their reliable internet connection. This hotel is my go to place whenever I need a decent, quite and comfortable temporary working space as well as family staycation. I still find this place family-friendly.

Not sound-proof facility, I can hear my son's voice nearby room, however that's not a deal breaker, I can totally understand.

Location

- our aircon is not cooling well even at lowest temp- clogged shower drain, sink drain and toilet drain- room has unplesant bleach smell when we checked in. We have to buy our own air freshener.
