- The room was a lot nicer than what I had expected. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with all my questions. Convenient location for what I came to PH for.
- I like thw location, and the room is clean and i feel comfortable
- Reasonable price for a very comfortable stay with my family. The room was very spacey, and the staff was very friendly (Charlene from reception was especially amazing at her job, emphasizing the details of the booking that we needed to know). Free parking was a big plus too.

- I wish the WiFi signal worked all throughout the hotel and not just in certain floors or rooms.
- I didnt like the toilet bowl clogged toilet
- i tried this property coz its new but there’s cockroach & a fly in my room, a fly in the lobby area & a worm in the reception area. when i arrived no attendant to help me carry my luggage to the reception area. I can’t use the pool due to parties & they only have one resto which you can’t enjoy having a dinner there coz it becomes exclusive to parties. the room was supposed to be soundproof but i had difficulty sleeping coz i can hear the loud music on the lower floors or the party area.
