The security guard out front was very friendly and kind.

I had to wait 20 minutes at check-in AND check-out while they “checked the room.” It reeked of cigarette smoke, making it hard to breathe and sleep. I had to keep the windows open on a hot day/night. When I told them, they just said “okay.”

I had some awesome, interactions with  receptionist, Staff so very helpful and a very helpful young man that assisted my arrival and departure

This is an absolutely dreadful part of town. Open sewers, abject poverty, traffic calamity. If you do not have a reason for staying in Binando, do not stay in Binando.

Very nice e room. With large bath with large tub and separate shower.

Would have been perfect , if it had a pool.

The room was spacious for 2 people, plenty of pillows on the bed (if you are like me and like to have a good amount of pillows) flat screen tv w/ plenty of channels to watch, good size tile shower, ac worked very well, and complimentary oral cleaning kit.

Extremely firm bed (Sore back for a few days), problem w/ house keeping they miss counted the towels & tried to charge us, breakfast was free but it didn't change much (we only ate it twice during our 6 nights) Road was under construction so bad traffic.

I like to location. It is close to the shops, church and close to our parents' home too. It wa sso convenient for us.

When we had our breakfast, it was our first time to try it. There was minimal options to choose from and the staff were not really accommodating. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel staffs were great. I am just comparing this experience to what we have experienced with other hotels that we stayed at during this vacation.

Locationn.

Upon check out, front desk charged us brand new price for very old towels just because of massage oil ‘stains.’ She said housekeeping tried to remove it in the supposed 10-min final room check (less than) and could not remove it. Its absurd to charge a customer P700 pesos for old towels, more so that the hotel is at Binondo where all things are priced below market price. We have checked in at other hotels, cheaper and more expensive, but was never asked to pay for so called massage oil stain. We used it to line the bed’s bedsheet for a massage after a long day of walking in Binondo. I asked to take the towel I was being charged for and it was dry - didnt seem like someone tried removing the ‘stains.’ The purpose of the towel is for wiping. You cant expect it to be clean after customer uses it. Thats why almost all hotel towels are white coz its easier to clean than colored ones. Just got home and had my helper wash it - removed. Perhaps they need to hire my helper. Seem like the hotel’s side hustle to make extra money, in my opinion. Will be sure to let friends know of this experience.

The housekeeping. I was told that water is limited only for two pieces when we request for more. How much is water compared to the charges per day.

Hospitality ambience starting from the security, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping is superb. We were given a spacious superior room with a great view of the Binondo Church, and the hotel's location is more than convenient if you want to eat and walk around Chinatown. Facilities are well-maintained especially the AC duct/vents which is very pleasing throughout our stay, normally other hotels forget to do deep cleaning of their AC ducts and you would easily smell dust and mold when it opens. Hot and cold showers are available and wifi connection is excellent.We'll definitely book again whenever we stay in Manila.

Very good room and good breakfast. In terms of tourist activities nearby, the hotel is in a good location close to Chinatown and also Intramuros - both within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and accommodating.

The fitness centre is pretty tired, with a number of flies. Surprised that the reception does not have plug adaptors readily to hand.

Jeff, Escora, Dein and Rhea was very accomodating and made our stay pleasurable. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
