Dirty, smelly rooms

The price is reasonable for one night, but I was woken up at 4 AM by someone shouting. I thought the room was soundproof. Overall, I’d say it’s good for the price.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but considering the price, it’s understandable. While it’s not ideal, for the amount I paid, I can’t complain too much. If you’re on a budget and need a place to stay, it’s not a bad option overall, though cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Near all my important places I need to visit.

I request for 1hr visit time for my guest from the province before we go to baguio, they don't allow me only 15mins.

Some things but I think it can be change soon and my next visit it will be done B4 that I dont like the plug it's from bed its only my problem if I need to charge at night I need to put near tv and it's really hard

The staff are very accommodating, they try to cater to all needs. The place is good for the travelers in group.

It's not the place it's just the rainy weather.. They just need to keep the place dry..

i am always booking this hotel. that is a very nice and central located place. and the personal are the best. if you search a burj al arab, or you go with your camera and filn every corner of bathroom,... better you book another hotel. this is in my mind a very nice and good hotel and the price / comfort factor is very good.

a place to lagage, or any place for the cloth can make this hotel much more better that is it.

I like about the hotel location is around the fast food

Not as describe no hot/cold shower no window little space.

Not so clean. Curtain in one of the rooms was a makeshift curtain. No curtain rods. Sink was leaking. Shower room’s flooring was wet.Phone Customer Service was poor. Can’t reach the property itself for inquiries.

Staff was accomodating and friendly. They respond quickly and are attentive to guest needs. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. Toilet has a bidet.

Hot water was available but you have to have the shower running for at least 5 mins before it got hot enough. Toilet doors are in need of replacement since it doesnt close and is breaking down. There were bits of wood coming from it. There's this cistern-like smell coming from the roilet so it would be great if the door could be closed completely.TV works but reception was horrible. No windows too.

Pls improve your hotel especially the room when i enter smell urine inside then the door is damages no tissues no trash bin then toilet very dirty.cabinets have still rubbish inside pillow sheet have stain and smell no good.

In online is very different in actual im so disappointedI dont feel comfortable in my stay..The whole room very disappointed...The smell of the bed is very different like didnt wash properly...

what i like the most was the customer service of the 2 ladies in the reception. They are very friendly and fun to chat. I believe the name of other 1 is Joy and I forgot the name of the other lady.

- the lock of the bathroom does not work- on going construction at the entrance was disturbing- no parking space - lift was only until 2nd floor - never answers the phone call timely

Rooms were disgusting, we had to transfer to another hotel after 20 minutes of staying.

The room was extremely unsanitary. There were hairs in the pillow case, stains in the bed sheets and blankets, and the bathroom was very unclean. The bathroom door and AC was also broken. We check-out after 20 minutes of staying. I will not be back again and will require refund.

Had to check out early because internet didn;t work. TV only got one channel after asking them to f
