The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, readily addressing our requests. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the essential amenities we needed. The presence of a Starbucks Reserve and a convenience store adjacent to the hotel was a definite plus. Additionally, the surrounding area was clean and felt safe.

Spacious room! Great pool! I didn’t use the fitness room but it looked well-equipped. Bonus: this street has a covered sidewalk for most of its length - so great for when you’re caught outside without an umbrella! Very walkable area with good access to great restaurants. There’s a 7-11 right across the street.

Little details like weathered towels. There was no soap in bathroom sink nor dishwashing fluid in kitchen sink. Yes, these can be asked for but they should already be in room. The ac unit is in direct line with your head while sleeping. So I turned it off for most of the time until it got too hot. Would have appreciated more tv channels - many were not accessible. That said, the location can’t be beat. Comfortable bed with clean sheets, spacious room and nice staff.

Parking space was hard to find. We ended up getting charged for parking. They gave us a slot which was actually reserved for someone so they had to call the room early in the morning for us to move the vehicle. ??????The room had bad smell no humidifier.

Good location for our couple of days in Manilla. Room comfy and great value.

Location was pretty good. Price was decent for what you got. Room was comfortable. Workout room was pretty good. Pool was fine.

No room service. No bar. No bathtub. Hot water in shower was not hot. Breakfast options were limited.

Rates were decent given the peak season. It was also a pleasant walk to Ayala Triangle. It had convenience stores nearby and good restaurants around.With the rate comes the no frills: no slippers, no dishwashing soap or sponge. They are beach towels in the room for the pool though.

Showers were just so-so. Pressure of water wasn’t great and drains were slow. They also still gave the room with the missing shower door.I also didn’t like that the housekeeping rang our doorbell even when we had the no disturb signage on. Twice. But maybe since it was peak season, he was a bit rattled.

The bed was soooo comfortable! Also convenient to walk to the malls. A pretty spacious area for a studio in a busy area as well. Overall, a 9.5/10, just needed a smart tv ;)

The fact that they “hold” a ₱1500 payment per day of your stay despite already paying for the room!

Nice building, nice staff, nice room, nice furniture and appliances, really a step above most places I've stayed in Manila for this same price. Would rebook on a heartbeat if I wanted to be in Makati for a few days.

The neighborhood is a B+ score. Would have like a few more food options within 4 blocks but if you will walk 6 blocks you can will have lot more choices. The facility and room was '100% as advertised' and the cleaning staff and desk staff exceeded my expectations. A pleasure. Due to a minor illness I never used the pool but that was on me.

I had such a wonderful stay at Sphere Serviced Residences! The rooms are very spacious, and that bed was unbelievably comfortable! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offers many delicious options. The location is also amazing, in Makati and an easy, delightful walk to lovely restaurants, the different malls (Greenbelt, SM Makati, Glorietta etc) and musea.

The Sphere seems to be a high-end building in what seems to be the nicest part of Manila. The room was ready for us at arrival with the a/c and lights waiting for us. Check in was easy. Happy that it wasn’t one of those that you have to figure everything out by yourself.

Even though it was a large unit including 2 large TVs etc. , the kitchen could have used a knife or some utensils in case you wanted to eat something that required some simple preparation.

The gym and the pool were good and the room was huge

The AC was very old and noisy. I could choose whether to stay warm and sleep or stay awake in the cool

The location is perfect. It is walking distance from various establishments and restaurants.

I like its accessibility to various establishments. The bed is comfortable and amenities are good. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed two separate times at the Sphere in Makati. It was conveniently located for our activities. The rooms we stayed in were clean, well-appointed and a good value for the cost. All the staff were polite. Where the Sphere really shined was a few times, some issues in our schedule came up. These were unrelated to the Sphere. Their front desk staff stepped up to help us through those. If we are in Makati again we are booking with the Sphere and know it will be a great stay.
