This is the nastiest hotel that we stay i always book my hotel here in booking but this time is was so disappointed, bed is dirty, didn’t change the beddings had a blood spot bathe had no towel to use , the bathroom is look like a dirtiest public bathroom, furniture is tore up, floor is dirty as hell so my be close this hotel please we cant even seat on the bed or their chair that they patch up

The staff is very accommodating and hospitable, and I enjoyed the LECHON which is nearby to the place.

someone knocks on our door in the middle of the night, we notice that the guy is drunk as he was noisy that night and he slammed the door very loud though there is CCTV on every floor for security. Hope they can do something about it to improve better.

Service is horrible. We came with a reservation and it was simply ignored. They told us there are still rooms available but we have to pay more for them since they are not connected with the oyo chain for some reason. Even when we showed our confirmed booking we were told to pay extra. We drove back and didn’t stay, they still try to get the money.. never again

These pictures are outrageously deceiving. I would not recommend staying here. Just everything was horrible. The toilet didn't have a toilet seat, and it was a water & bucket to flush. Sockets pulled out of the walls. The mattress was lumpy and had dips in it. Everything was dirty and the location is in the slumps of Manila, we didn't feel one bit safe. Its also not in partnership with Oyo anymore so I imagine that's why standards are horrendous.

However, I am somewhat confused as to the reason behind this charge.During my stay, I had to change rooms twice as the initial room I was assigned was not yet prepared. I understand that I arrived approximately 5 hours later than the expected arrival time, which might have caused some delay in preparing the room. However, I do not see how the need for room changes would warrant an extra charge for sanitation.Furthermore, I would like to highlight that the pillowcase provided in one of the rooms had visible marks and was not properly cleaned from the laundry. This raised concerns about the overall cleanliness standards maintained at your establishment.I kindly request your assistance in clarifying the additional charge for sanitation and seek a resolution in this matter. Additionally, I would appreciate if you could ensure that such issues with unclean linens are prevented in the future, as it significantly impacted the overall experience of my stay.Thank you for your attention to this matter. staff was very helpful when we arrived at the property, room is budget friendly and has the basic amenities that you need.

Actually third stay na namin dito sa OYO Vcat Apartelle. Great din that the staff still remembers us and immediately welcomed us. Nice na at home na ang feeling namin. Comfortable kasi tong place for us

Upon arrival, we already felt the hospitality of the people. super accommodating and genuine ng service. they helped us with our luggage kahit sobrang dami and mabibigat. they also checked on us if we need further assistance.

WiFi nila is available in all areas and is free of charge. Mabilis and nagamit pa namin for work. Very conducive din yung room for working kasi malamig. soft din ang bed.

when arrived there was no water for showering, and the rest room door was broken !the neighbor around singing over the night till next day 4 a.m. and the room was full of such noise, you cannot sleep at all.

there is no mirror in the bathroom, shower not working, no remote for the a/c bed sheets with stains( though it was claimed to be newly washed) no remote for the television. well you get for what you pay for. It could’ve been better.

Bed sheet was dirty and stained upon arrival, room reeks of cigarette smell. Bathroom was unsanitized, hairs were all over the drain the water was too weak too. Staff was incompetent and improper.

The staff is very accommodating and hospitable. They assisted us for a parking space although paid parking sya. In the room naman, ok din. presko and hindi kulob ang room. malaki ang space for its price, even the bathroom malaki din ang space

I like the room comfortable and has a good vibe. Overall I enjoyed my stay since it is close in the locations I wanted to go and the ambiance is good.

The aircon is not that cold enough and the WiFi is unstable, I think there are rooms for improvement.

comfortable kami sa bed kasi mukhang high quality yung matress also, yung linens nila mukhang bago at mabango. Yung towel is of high quality also. Location wise, very good din to sa akin. also wifi na mabilis is super plus points too

From the last time that we were here, I can say that the rooms and service have improved a lot. The staff are so friendly and helpful like they never complained kahit madami kaming special requests. Another thing that we really love here is the space of the rooms. Ang spacious nya na kahit mag extra bed ka, kayang kaya pa
