Hop Inn Hotel Aseana City Manila

I had traumatic experience from this hotel.I fell in the bathroom after my bath from a very wet and sliding floor.There was no bar or call button available when you fall.I was given a handicap room so bathroom was just open. when I fell down very hard .

Affordable hotel. Close to Manila Airport. Free Internet. Great shower/water pressure, there's hot/warm water for shower.

Location, cleanliness, staff

The doors are too thin. You can hear everything that goes on outside your door, even footsteps of people passing your room.

Very near to my appointment place. Very quiet and near MOA and other malls.

The size of the room for 2 people is okay, but there is no telephone to contact the staff if you have something to request. The QR code to be used to download something to use to communicate with the staff was not working. The water was leaking in the shower door, which made the floor tiles wet. The floor tiles are very slippery.

The sheets were dirty, there was a hole in the black out shade, toilet didn't flush, very small room, very noisy. You can hear everything from outside and inside the hotel. Very disappointed because we had a layover and needed the sleep.

It's near the airport. Good for an overnight stopover.

The accommodation is very basic. No hand towels provided and no soap at the sink: I had to reach into the shower soap dispenser whenever I washed my hands. The rooms are small. There is no restaurant for breakfast.

Convenient if going in and out of airport from place to place You can leave some of your luggages if you don’t need it if you’re going to another place in Philippines as long as you check in again in their hotel when you come back to Manila

not ideal for a family stay. You can hear voices from other rooms and hallway. bedsheets and pillows look clean but doesn’t feel like it, smells old. we have 3 big luggage but staff don’t bother in assisting. pics are far from actual. it was difficult to move around room

The location is convenient and we'll situated.

Our room 928 the shower door has gap and so the water goes into the toilet floor and gets flooded...room 924 also the floor drain seems partially clogged.hope on our next stay these will fixed...thanks again.

The soap and shampoo are not of good quality.

Clean as hotels should be. Bed is a bit stiff but cooling is more than adequate.

There isn’t any basic hygiene kit like $1 toothbrush and $0.50 face soap. There is a soap dispenser in the shower though. Even short term motels here in Manila include a toothbrush and a tiny toothpaste tube. The hotel information in Booking.com stated that it’s 2230 feet from MOA, it was a 15-minute brisk walk so more like 1300 meters.

LOCAtion is good, walking distance from restaurants and mall.

The room is okay but no water is free even 1 bottle for guest, no toothbrush, only free is towel to use.

clean, close to airport and Parqual and Ayala malls, free parking and safe!

Accessible area and a total bargain.

The hallway lights can look gloomy.

The place is conveniently located right in front of Parqal Mall and also near Mall of Asia, which makes it very ideal if you have an appointment for US Visa Biometrics. The staff were amazing as well, very accommodating and helpful.
