Convenience

Appearance as very bad. Needed painting and some minor repairs. No towels for shower, no soap and severely dated fixtures. Surfaces appeared clean but windows, light fixtures and the like appeared nasty.

nothing but there are four things that were stated in the post of the marketed place/facility:1. the comfort room inside;2. 2 bed choice.3. close to the choice if the area is close, it's really walking distance;4. and in fairness the aircon is strong5. the staff is friendly and accommodating

all disappointing, very mis-leading their marketing post such as:1. the door seems to be broken into;2. the net signal is very weak;3. the tv is old school, you can't even access you tube or netflix if you have an account to watch;4. smelly storage;5. toiletries are not given, you need to ask for it, and good for 1 day stay only, 3 towels and 3 sachets of shampoo only;6. it look's like haunted transient.

I booked for a guest. He had to check in late because we have a patient at the heart center. He was only there for a couple of hours and chose to leave as he couldn't stand the room. He said its dirty, no toiletries and could really hear the noises from the other rooms.

It was fairly cheap but still more expensive than staying in a much better hostels.

The AC couldn't be stopped and it was very noisy and cold. The towels were really bad not being able to dry myself at all. The bathroom was extremely small and not really practical with no place to hang clothes / towels. Some of the electrical plugs were not working.

1) I'm a PWD with limited mobility but we were given the 3rd floor family room which was pretty old. 2) The bathroom fixtures: sink was really small & low plus the heater which took 2 days to fix. 3)The wifi with it's supposedly 3 channels but all said 'no internet'. 4) The pillows, bedsheets & blankets were way too worn out & thin for a comfortable sleep in an a/c'ed room unless you increase the temperature.

Location is good.

Room is much more run down than photos appear. Patio chairs instead of chairs pictures. Bright white walls are dull / run down. Does not match the pictures. But for the price it is acceptable.

Location is okay, accessible. Two room boys were okay and approachable.

Girl Receptionist was not accommodating and not smiling at all. Customer service is very poor! She needs to attend some customer service training .

1. Bed is not comfy. Mattress is very hard. I was not able to sleep properly. 2. No basic toiletries (no tissue, no toothpaste/toothbrush, no soap/shampoo). 3. Washroom/comfort room has a broken lock. You cannot lock from the inside.4. Aircon was just right (not too hot, not too cold). It was an old unit ‘though. It was noisy.5. There were used disposable slippers in the room. And was informed they don’t give out disposable slippers.6. TV was working just fine.7. There was a working water heater but weak pressure.8. It was a spacious room but it’s not what you see in the photos. Bare room. No curtains. No windows.9. No complimentary water bottles, so not the same as in photos. 10. Old rundown place. Needs a total fixer-upper.11. Wires were dangling. 12. WiFi connection is strong to be fair. But no network signal from local telecoms (but could be our room location).13. No security. Door is open 24/7. You really get what you pay for, so don’t expect really for a budget-meal room. There are better places in the area that you can at least get the basics.

The property is ok, the only thing why I rate them low is that in my niece initial stay they didn’t give him the room that I paid for and I have to call them so they will transfer them from solo bedroom to double bed that I was booked.

Worst

The picture here in booking.com is different from reality. It's old, bad smell, bad linens, no soap, no tissue, no towels.

Near the Heart Center were our mom was confined. Price was fair. Parking for cars.

Place was sketchy. No guard available. Can easily be accesed by anyone and everyone, anytime and all the time. Door without double lock. Jalousies without grills, can easily be accessed by those in the next room. Untidy place, there was a cockroach, white curtains looked dirty.

It was nearby a hospital so they could save if i got sick from staying here. Lol. Kidding I just really needed a place to stay since I have family member admitted in Phil Heart Center. It was the nearest hotel hence I booked.

Bed and linens seems like were not cleaned and have stains. No security gaurd infront to check who is coming inside. Aircon not functioning well.

This property needs upgrade.White Beddings/covers discolored. For the price I paid Its not worth it. For the same amount, booked my sister in other property, same day, they got much better experience, cleaner and better experience in facilities and property has to offer.

Its affordable

The hotel does not accept debit or credit cards. They have a card machine but it has not functioned for a very long time.
