The toilet was clogged, there’s only one toothbrush, for two person lastly the telephone was not working. Bad …. Bad experience my friend will not like Red Doorz accommodation

Nothing. I didn't even get to stay here.

They didn't even know i booked a room to stay. When the time i came over to check in, The facility was fully booked even though I already reserved for a room weeks prior. So I became the one to adjust and they just referred me to another nearby branch so all plan my were ruined.

Good clean hotel with great friendly staff, after a long plane flight, and convenient stopover for my onward journey ?

Location is ok.Staff is good and approachable.Convenience store outside.Surrounding is clean and quiet.

Was not able to use the wifi during the stay - staff advised password was changed.There are 4 large cabinets that I don't think we need it since there are no clothes hangers and too much space was consumed.looking for washing machine/ laundry for the clothesneed to give a deposit.

The staff is really brilliant the best.

My hotel room was filthy, especially the toilet and shower, plus the ground.

The staffs are friendly.

The rooms smell like urine. Overall it wasn't comfortable. And they did not give us choices for food. All of us were served tocino.

The location has easy access to all transportation. The staff are accomodating and friendly. The facility is clean. Thank you. ?

1.) property trying to cancel reservation outside booking.com then then hope you would not show up, then charge your card. asking me to cancel the booking and book again.. a total scam2.) no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience as the cancellation had no basis3.) lift not available after 12mn

I like the place and the ambiance!Good value for money.

The day shift security guard was not accomodating, Compare to the night shift guards.They dont provide slippers.

So many noise complaints, there is a constant barage of slamming doors and tables or chairs being move above my hotel room, they said it was a basketball court and it was closed, but the owner of the building was playing.

Not satisfied.

We’ve waited for 1 hour before checked in because there was no staff only guards at night. Wifi is not working and we still need to pay for parking lots.
