Metro Deluxe Residences near World Trade Center

Personnel/staff were accommodating and honest. We left personal items and were returned to us. I also like how a particular staff advised us on securing our items while walking at the streets near the stay.

Dirty environment (outside the stay). AC was too loud and barely cooled the room. We booked for a 6pax max room with 3 bunk beds and the room was too small. Private shower has a smell. Water is too weak.

The hotel is worth the money. It's comfortable and affordable. It's very convenient to get to various parts of the city by taxi, as the hotel is located almost in the center. A great option for backpackers.

WHEN I BOOKED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IT SAID THERE THAT THERE WAS AN AC, ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS ONLY AN ELECTRIC FAN WHICH IS UNFAIR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT INDICATED IN THE WEBSITE, AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID ITS INDICATED IN THE APP WHICH MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE WHATEVER IS REFLECTED ON THE APP IT SHOULD BE THE SAME AS THE WEBSITE FOR TRANSPARENCY RIGHT?

I like how strong the Aircon

The room was very clean and comfortable, only issues was the door was a bit noisy.

The room was small but clean, with a double bed that was fairly comfortable, though the pillows were a bit flat. The furniture was outdated, with some visible wear and tear, but everything was functional.

The air conditioning worked well, though it took a while to cool the room. The TV had a few basic channels, and the location was walking distance to public transport, which was a nice bonus.

No bfast included

The common bathroom on family rooms. And not clearly stated that it was a non aircon room

It is very accessible and near to the city, shopping malls and airports.

I did't expected that the room was not airconditioned as what stated in the inclusions.It's a shared bathroom, which is also stated that it was a private bathroom, the flow of water is so slow.The room was not ventilated, there is unpleasant odor, you cant sleep well due to the noise outside, you can evn hear the sound coming from the next room.The place must atleast provide soap or toothpaste.There must be a heater each room, since it was a family room.

Near PICC/staffs were nice.

No decent parking,pillows/blankets/sheets not so clean. Not totally as advertised. Small rooms. Noisy ACs. No table.

The information in booking.com is misleading. Private room is not included in the room that we booked. we need to pay an extra 2700 php to upgrade to a room. No escalator/elevator. No life size mirror, chair or table in the room.

bathroom door cannot be locked, i booked for 3 queen beds but they put me in 2bunk beds and very tiny space, plenty of cockroaches

the room i booked is so hot and no private restroom and water, so i decided to upgrade and pay another room with aircon and private restroom, the wifi is poor connection. and so manny cockroaches

The place is near and accessible. The room has clean sheets and towels. The staff in the reception area is very accommodating.

It’s so hot we can’t sleep in spite of available 4 fans we felt like we’re inside the oven. As in super hot! There’s a window but no air is passing through. There’s no detailed amenities stated in the booking app, we only found it out when we are checking in so we have no choice but to push through our stay. Btw, I honestly don’t have an idea that I booked a fan room. Yes, the price was cheap, but it was not obvious to me since I booked too late (1130pm) so I thought it was just a generous or pamigay offer. The common bathroom was also not stated in the app, it was too far from our room as we are in the end part of the floor (it’s like 6 or 7 rooms before we reach the bathroom). Over-all we ended up half asleep all night. No wifi too, but this one was stated in the booking app but we were not able to avail.
