The staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Its location is not great, but one cannot move a hotel, can one.

Affordable and good location for my purposes.

We booked this stay back in november, and without realising booked the wrong dates (same dates a month ahead) - this part was obviously our fault. But still not knowing the dates were wrong, we arrived and checked in to the hotel, the staff on the desk did not seem with it at all, I showed him the booking when he couldn’t find our name and he just wrote it down and gave us a room (a downgrade from what we had booked for aswell) Late the next day when we were just falling asleep we suddenly had a pounding at the door, we opened the door and the guy was there who checked us in and just shouted at us ‘Downstairs now, confused we asked why? And he just repeatedly rudely shouted ‘downstairs now, right now’ we went, kinda scared at this point still unaware that we had booked the wrong dates, to then deal with the situation with the lady at the desk (she was much nicer) however it took a while to sort out and they seemed very unwilling to let us stay for our second night for a while even though we had paid for two nights of stay (for a better room) finally we were understood of eachother and allowed to stay. however I did feel like even though the mistake was ours for wrong date booking, this should have been properly checked when we checked in and the way we were spoken to was very confrontational and intimidating. I felt very on edge the rest of the stay here and would definitely never return. The room itself was dirty, cigarette holes in the bed sheet. No top sheet to sleep with, ants everywhere. Not at all like any of their photos show.

I was happy that location has AC and shower, nice and clean and staff was helpful

NOTHING, building, and room were disgusting. GAURD TRIED TO STEAL THINGS USING DUPLICATE KEY CARD SECURITY GAURD USED DUPLICATE CARD TO ENTER MY ROOM AND TRY TO STEAL MONEY AND VALUABLES WHEN CONFRONTED HE SAIDNIT COMMON PRACTICE TO CHECK ROOMS BEFORE BOOKING PEOPLE INTO THEM BUT DIDNT CHECK THE LOG. BOOK SITTING IN FRONT OF HIM WITH MY CONFORMATION PROOF IN IT.

Security gaurd used a duplicate card to enter my room and try to steal money and other valuables. I was sitting in my room when he just used the card and walked in. Once he saw me, he backed out and ran back downstairs.When confronted, he tried to blame the desk lady for not logging us in, but my confirmation was in the log book on the desk right in front of him. he knew i was a foreigner and targeted me. He refused to speak english, and my gf had to translate. The desk lady told us in the morning that he should not be using the card for any reason.

Dirty linens, tv not working, aircon deffect, bad smell, dirty room, blocked drainage.

Floors dirty, on the second night cat was eating dead Rat on the staircase next day, corpse was still on stairway, no shower working just a dirty bucket supplied horrendous environment foul smell and tv wasn’t working was literally the worst place I’ve ever experienced..

The room smelled so bad that I had to leave early and book another hotel because I couldn't stay there with my family. Staff refused to give me a refund even though I left and did not stay the second night. They also refuse to give me a different room

Hmm I did like how accomodating the staff's are, mostly ma'am Sandy, and Ma'am Arwina. I did like that I can sleep comfy eventhough I have 1 pillow. I also liked the idea that there were nearby food like Mcdo, Baliwag, street foods, and Puregold.

What I didn't like was the aircon started dripping water on my 2nd day of stay (I did reach out this problem and apparently, they can't do anything stating that "it's always like that"). As a light sleeper, I cannot sleep with the sound of water dripping in a pail, so I had to drink melatonin at night. I didn't like that a mice can go through the gap from the door, I had to use a towel to cover it, it was also eating through our garbage so you can hear the mice inside. Lastly, the bucket... the bucket they used was the recyclable gallon of wilkin's water or I dont know what brand. They used a tape to cover the sharp edges. So imagine taking a bath inserting your hand through that "bucket" it feels like the "saw" movie, where the challenge is everytime you get some water, you get hurt. (Btw, I did hurt myself and have a scar because of that bucket)

The staff is kind like cheapski for a little water bottle of complimentary..just because its my last day staying in hotel, and i ask for a small bottle of the compliment, this person want me topay for the water..it was one of a free water bottle..i dont mind the cheap place, but selfish employee or staff is additional negative for the hotel

I stay in this place for 9days, it wenr ok..But on my check out day at 9am i went to the office asking for a complimentary small water bottle, the staff was being cheap, didn't gave me no water at all its because im checking out later i, instead this person want me to buy the water from them..not a goos customer service...

Came their to get a sleep, but how can you... if there's a party downstairs... It's already pass 2 am, and sounds are still full blast...

NONE... will not stay there again.

The location is very accessible to us. Walking distance from our place. Our kids can drop by to visit.

The TV got limited channels to choose from and the Wi-Fi signal is unreliable, . ???

Its very near to the stores

Everything, there is cockroach in my room, not only 1, i saw 2 or 3 cockroaches, no staff at night, only a security guard, no hot shower, drainages in the bathroom is very dirty,

I like the location very accessible to all, there are lots of food stores in the area. The room is a perfect fit for us. The staff is friendly and polite. Worth the value, thanks for accommodating us.

The staff are friendly and accommodating.

To start off, I found several strands of hair from the pillow case and bed sheet, in which, I will later give to our friendly neighborhood mangkukulam for her experiment. Next, there were a few mosquitoes I happily shook hands with. Since there was no water heater, it is recommended that you take a bath while hugging someone to generate heat. Finally, you won't be needing an alarm clock because the neighbors banging their door will do the trick.

Room was clean and tidy

One of the windows was broken so we had to keep the blind closed the whole time, they gave us the room on the quiet side but the house keeping staff were in great mood by 7am I was fully awake listening to them singing
