Wifi slow , days not working at the room

Unlimited Drinking water is provided. Good amenities includes comb shower cap toothbrush etc

Room 403 is small and out dated. AC was leaking but got fixed.

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was always very nice and polite. It was a good value.

The hot water was not quite as hot as I like, but it was okay..

The guest vehicle parking is rough

Rooms clean. Perfect location, close to mall and other needs.

I loved how close it was to the local malls and attractions. Very clean and professional.

Window was left cracked open by a previous occupant or hotel staff allowing road noise in. Also, the door leading to another hotel room let in a lot of noise from other guests who were very loud until around midnight.

It was home for quarantine but I still enjoyed my stay. The food they served was excellent. My thanks to them.

None, except that they could and should have refunded me for the last two nights that I didn't stay there. My overall hotel experience would've been excellent if not for that.

Terrible pillows, and poor breakfast

Nice location and clean room .

We requested flowers and card to be put in the room . We called one week before arrival , nothing in room when we arrived . If they could not complete this request , they should have told us in advance .

Clean, great space with upscale feel while still being very affordable! The staff was kind, bathroom was spacious, and bed was comfortable.

Ordered a massage to the room, but no one showed up within 45 minutes. I ended up cancelling, and I was pretty bummed about it.

Close to a shopping mall and amusement parks.

No bars or any kind of entertainment in the hotel if you dont want to get out.

I would like to congratulate the staff of the Microtel Inn & Suites. From the time I arrived to my departure every experience was exemplary. My complements to all employees working on the 7th and 8th of November, 2017. Thank you, hotel employeee 

Location and views are great and the staff were wonderful.

Room was not spacious and the bathroom didn't have enough space to put toiletries in.

there is an avis rental car associated with the hotel and we had booked a van to take us to another destination. I was quoted one price and then the next day 5 minutes before it was time to leave the price went up by 3.5 times! they did nothing to fix it!

Customer Service and Location

My family and I thought breakfast was included in our room rate but it was not. This should become standard in the future. There was also a small mix up with the dates I booked online vs. the dates the hotel showed on their end. The staff corrected though

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And went out of their way to help us, over and above all expectations !

Only complaint was the smell of the air units in lobby and near elevators
