Prime Hotel

I was happy with how soft the bed was and the coldness of the room. The view from our room too was nice, I could see the city line properly. Easy to check in and check out too with their friendly staff.

Well, they can improve the drainage of the shower, it's kinda slow in the room we were booked in so water pools on the floor making it slippery sometimes. Also, the first time we stayed at the hotel they gave us slippers but this time there weren't and unfortunately, we didn't bring any slippers/flip-flops cause we presumed there were slippers included in the room we booked (but it didn't this time) so we walked around barefoot and chose not to bother the front desk.

Rooftop bar was nice.Location was good.Beds are comfortable

The hallway carpets smell very bad and no amount of freshener can disguise it.The staff are not particularly helpful.Shower water hardly gets warm.

Comfy bed. air conditioning is good also

While walking to our hotel room smell outside is unpleasant.

Pillows are exceptionally excellent in a nice bed. Hot shower is not hot its just above normal Small bath room with no door to prevent shower in wetting the toilet area

No hot water in the bathroom, the water off in the night/morning when we need it the most. Breakfast minim.

Nice and cozy, my room is just the right size. I really liked that, they have a gym that I could use before I start my day.

The water heater takes a long time to work because they use Solar energy. There was a couple of times that only warm water was available, but overall it was a pleasant stay for me for ten days.

1, the smell on the corridor is very bad 2, the room is small 3, the water is not hot. If it is a sunshine day, the water is Ok. If not sunshine day, no hot water

They cut the water for two hours and I couldnt take a shower during this time. They just give one card per room, so if your partner go out, you have to go downstairs, tap the card for the elevator and then to open the room.

The room had a good view and the housekeeping kept giving us complimentary water, which was nice. The location was excellent because you'd be near strips of good restaurants.

Room was smaller than I'd imagined. Also, no closet or hangers.

Newly hired front desk staffs were not customer friendly. The former ones were very accommodating since they already know I'm a regular client.

Accessible location for business purposes and other meet-up purposes. Cleanliness of the room is very good. Breakfast is just right.

I didn't like the staff not very attentive to their guest. I received an email approving our request of checking out on the later time but the front desk officer said she didn't find it and not even exert effort to assist on the request. The discipline/rules of the hotel is not very accommodating to guest like us.

Room not always cleaned as requested, some days lack of warm water as well as WiFi. Very very poor breakfast not worth the money paid

The hot water runs too quickly, and the speed of the shower flow is very slow, one has to wait for long to finish the shower. Internet speed is very poor, sometimes it doesnt work at all. They only supply 700 ml bottle of water per day, it is not even a one litre water what I need.

Bed was comfy.

Should serve variety of breakfast. Carpet in the hallway got a smell and stain.

The breakfast, late serving time or book in advance if you want early, but no choice. the kitchen staff not well trained to handle customers.The water from shower barely adequate than normal, need more time to clean and rinse yourself.
