Both my wife and I had an exceptional experience. They made us feel so welcomed. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and beautiful.

Location,Location,Location. Clean , nice roof top bar and restaurant, comfortable beds,nice hot shower just a really nice hotel

Everything! This really is an amazing hotel surrounded with brilliant restaurants and a good beach it was just fantastic

If I could try and pick a fault the breakfast probably wasn’t as good as I was expecting but that is really knit picking

Good wifi, 13min walk to Colombo Fort Train Station (though not the most comfortable to walk, still recommend taxi, hotel will arrange it for you), close to excellent cafés and restaurants.Room & bathroom clean, very comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well.They stored our luggage after checkout without issue.

Our room was facing the street, and there was a live band event (Friday night), so we could hear the music until maybe midnight. It didn't bother us, but light sleepers beware.

The front desk staffs did not welcome us when we arrived to check in. No “Welcome” nor “How are you doing?” Very odd. The male staff used his finger to ask me to come to the computer he was using… The worse part was the music from a nearby party didn’t stop till 12:30 AM. If you had a long flight and need a good rest, please avoid this hotel. I called to complain, but they asked me to accept the situation since it was weekend.

Location, new rooms with are well maintained. Lots of good eating options nearby. Beds are comfortable. Java coffee lounge is adjacent to the hotel

everything was great, we arrived after a long and tiring night flight and luckily were allowed to check in earlier. The staff were super friendly, the room was spacious and super comfy. Overall amazing experience!

I was assigned on the first floor and you can hear the nearby pub bar music till 11:30 pm.

clean rooms, all new, comfortable. i think it's a nice place. but overall, same as all sri-lanka is overpriced. But this is normal for Sri-Lanka. So do not expect to much. Stayed here 2 or 3 times. The robotic hotel looks a bit too much robotic. Food delivery is cool. But get's stuck in the carpet. Once had to pull it from the carpet turn around from the wall, which was actually funny. However some clients may not like that. Remember. You are in Asia, Sri-Lanka, therefore do not expect a Japan level and standard robot service, if you don't expect you will enjoy your stay.

Spacious quiet room with a good view and facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good neighborhood. Good buffet breakfast on the seventh floor/roof top that has good views. The reception is open 24hr so they do not mind late check-ins.

The shower is a little tight but works fine.
