Best Western Elyon Colombo

The room was nice and clean.

The location for a tourist was horrible. To far away from everything. The staff were nice but not to helpful when asking usual tourist questions. It is a good hotel if you are on business with work nearby.

The customer and guest experience was great.

The washroom though appeared to be somewhat clean. There was a raunchy and unbearable smell of urine emitting from the washroom every time one would open the door.

Disappointing Stay – Lacked Basic EssentialsWe recently stayed at this hotel and were quite disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There were no face towels or bath towels provided, and even the toilet rolls appeared to have been used or partially empty. There were no bathrobes available, and concerningly, the door was missing a security chain lock, which made us feel unsafe. For the price we paid, we expected at least the minimum standard of comfort and hygiene. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Very clean room , easily access to the mall. Staffs were so kind and care , they help me for a late checkout too :) value for money

Breakfast menus need to improve some more items :)

The entire hotel is a mess, no housekeeping, torn bed sheets, no water in room, no supplies, the tea tray was dirty as if no one cleaned it from a long timeThe staff was eating from breakfast from guest area and taking it in their some office- disgusting The food selection was not only bad was extremely limited and no taste, not even warm food, the staff serving the guests was rude and unconcerned, would recommend every one to avoid this hotel completely

The Hotel is conveniently located in a not very busy part of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had two separate bookings, and they accommodated us in the same room. Overall, the service was great.

The room floor wasn't very clean, and there was hair left all over, I believe from the last guest. Also, they didn't have enough toiletries. Shampoo and body wash weren't enough for two people. Also, when we arrived, there wasn't any toilet paper, and it needed to be requested.

the terrace restaurant which is like a sky lounge, the view from the top is good city view.Bar with live music (weekends only) is the only thing which we liked about this hotel.the restaurant is good.staff is good and cooperative.

the hotel seems a shady place inside the floors.everywhere they have written & highlighted that anything missing or stolen HOTEL is not responsible for the same.firstly the room given to us was having lock issues which they tried repairing but didn't solved so then our room was changed in this our more than 1hr was wasted.

Breakfast selection was good and room was big.

Reception staff and Manager Darwin were very nice people. Checkin process they did very fast. The Manager took extra care to make customers happy. He is always in a smiling face.

The food in the restaurant is very high. The buffet breakfast also overcharging and there is no variety of foods as per the price they are charging....

Room was ok

I booked price with local currency! They charged with dollars! Which is more taxes ! Booking.com showed exactly showed price and taxes ..they showed there own prices !!!! And very unpolite ! And unfriendly guy was in rescpction!

Great, stylish and clean room, with a very comfortable bed. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Colombo city. The rooftop bar was also a very lovely addition. Hotel food was delicious and staff were very helpful.

View from the room, the staff, the hospitality, everything was top notch and I enjoyed my short stay with them. Will definitely choose to stay here if i ever come back to Sri Lanka. Room and toilet was clean. Staffs were available whenever I needed anything.

Staff (front office and the room boy) is friendly .

We stayed for three nights, and not once was our room cleaned—even after we specifically requested it. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of basic service. Absolutely disappointed!

The staff were friendly and helpful.The location is a big plus—it’s in a great spot, making it easy to get to any destination from the center. The bathrooms were clean and modern, which added to our comfort.Overall, a great choice for families looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

View from the top reveals a few rough urban buildings nearby. It’s not a big deal

I had to make a last minute booking when my daughter needed medical treatment at a nearby hospital during a holiday. The hotel was overall much better than I expected for the price I paid even though it is all quite basic and a bit tired. The staff were friendly, the location was good for what I needed and the facilities I used were all ok.

The food in the Vu restaurant needs a rebrand, it’s very very old fashioned and not that original or fresh feeling /but I was well looked after
