They were very basic but decent value for money. The place was nice.
The night receptionist was quite rude and did not give a very accommodating experience upon arrival, not the most professional behaviour and little to no customer service skills.
Don't stay
Booked q Queen deluxe double but they gave us a deluxe double. But did not even give a discount but fully charge the price. They reception staff was so rude, uncooperative not helpful. They just want the payment but will not listen. They even said details on booking.com is not correct. Too noisy on the side of the road.
All staff really friendly, especially room service manager mr. Indrajith was really helpful. Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent. The chef and the staff was very friendly always.

On the main road , restaurants , shops , bus stop , beach are all close by . Late check out and luggage storage available.
Small space in the bath room. One very very old smelly towel in a double room, we have to ask for another one. No creamer for coffee and have to ask. No hand towels. Too many penalty warnings on the stained towels and linen.
It’s a great and clean hotel. Not only is the location very convenient for food and shopping, but the stay was also excellent. A bit of noise was a concern, but apart from that, I would definitely visit again.

Clumsy bathroom. No place to keep soap and shampoo. Limited space to move. No place to hang the towel.Bedsheets were dirty or discoloured. Had to request to change the linens. There was only one towel when checking in.
