Almost everything. Good for price and good location

I went there with my daughter and the male receptionist who checked me in told me that they don’t allow fathers and daughters to check in due to some crimes. I don’t like someone ruining my stay saying and judging me. Hated the guy

I stayed at this place, but it seems like it needs some renovation — things are getting a bit old. There also seems to be an issue with the air conditioning; the rooms sometimes get damp. I think it’s due to the humidity.

Good view and Great staffs

Building looks /became bit old now. Its time for renovation or a little touch up

The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around.The front desk staff were very attentive and welcoming.The bell boys are always alert; they open the door promptly and maintain a high standard of service, which adds to the “wow” factor.

The car parking at the entrance seems to be occupied by the manager’s or senior staff’s vehicles, which limits easy access. If this were managed better, the place could have a smoother and more elegant in-and-out experience. Like a proper drive way entering from Marine Drive and exit to Moor's Road.

We had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the facilities were outstanding. Truly one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Good place

Staff tried to made me pay extra 15% saying additional charge for my kid, while my booking states my kid stays for free. But they said it was an error by booking.com about free stay for kid below 12, their policy says only for kids below 5 stays for free. I had to show my booking.com screenshots saying it was free for my kid. Then they finally agreed and said it was already included in booking.com shown total price. Very disappointed about this as I had to argue after a very tiring flight.

Hotel rooms . Old ,old bed,furniture old ,bathroom smells bad ,small window ,no telephone connection with hotel lobby,resturant and reception

kind stuff, nothing else.

don't stay at floor 8 because thats the final floor and on top of that, there are air conditioning machines and its impossible to sleep with that sound all night. breakfast is super bad. muddy everywhere.train is in front of the building so every 15 minutes be ready for a little earthquake.not worth the money.

Didn't like anything . Hotel amenities seem not even 2 stars . But in booking.com.com, they made it look like a 4-star9 hotel. Their bathroom is horrible,stinky,no hand wash soap .. Room lighting is irritating ,Aircondition didn't work perfectly, and the environment and overall hotel view in and out is not like a hotel,it's like a usual apartment bedroom and lobby . The reception phone is not connected with the room phone . Not welcoming attitude except they were sorta to charge snd haven taken full 3 night payment for 2 room so that we can't/won't be able cancel even though we didn't stay/enjoy in the hotel room for not more than 5 hours (just came in for seeping ) .Found swimming pool main entrance door was locked at 12 p.m at broad day light even though swimming pool supposed to open till 8 a.m to y p.m as per thier hotel policy .

Their behavior while I was checking in. No smile, no welcoming customer service attitude The hotel lobby was dark ,Taken full room charges in advance .Their room and hotel photos don't match with pictures when I booked this hotel on booking.com.No professional hotel employees who knows know how ,how to deliver meet and greet service No phone connection from room to reception

Parking space

The room was spacious, and had a great view of the ocean. The pool also had a beautiful view.

The Bathroom was not very clean. Though we paid for a balcony room, the balcony door was locked without a key to access it. The breakfast wasn't bad, but limited options in the buffet and wasn't basic in taste. The elevators needs some maintenance. Pool did not have pool towels.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilites and food are very good.

Lovely hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful too. For some people it may be a bit far out of town but we enjoyed it. It is on the train line but it didn’t affect us that much as the trains aren’t that regular and do not run of a night time. All in all, a great hotel and would definitely stay again. ?

Swimming Pool and the gym.

Breakfast not included. You have to pay separately. Air conditioning was leaked suitcase of clothes got wet. Need to change the room again after long flight. They didn't given any refund but offered free breakfast, cleaned and iron the wet clothes and tray of fresh fruit as a compliment

I like the location with the sea view and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Room was okay. But switches on A/C controller were broken. Had to use a pencil to use the switches. Bathroom is too small and not clean enough. There were molds visible. The reason I write this review is hair dryer was slimy and gross. Also the balcony is closed. You can’t access it. What’s the point I mean.
