The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Some of the rooms have a smoky/musty smell

Staff was very friendly. We had a very early check out at 4:45 am which wasn't a problem.The cafe/restaurant next door makes really tasty byriani.

Nice clean hotel, Location , Breakfast

Friendly staff, sufficient breakfast. Noodles or western style which compromised of eggs, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, tea or coffee. Eggs cooked to order. Great location, tuk tuk to independence Square was 300 rupees on pick me app. Lots of local places to eat and supermarket across the road. Also on bus route into city centre.

The location, helpful staff, breakfast was healthy, rooms were not dirty, very cheap price.

Everything was so old looking and kind of ugly. Everything was clean but nothing LOOKED clean. The breakfast was very slow.

The location of the hotel was good and easily accessible by bus, tuk tuks.

The breakfast spread was not too great. However, the live kitchen preparing omelette, scrambled eggs was really nice

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was decent with sufficient options. All required facilities for comfortable stay.

The room was clean and very well presented. There were complimentary products in the bathroom and I was provided fresh towels upon request. The staff were lovely and attentive. The location was great, just a short tuktuk ride into the centre, but had walkable amenities surrounding. I definitely recommend a stay here.

THE ROOM WAS EXACTLY AS EXPECTED AS WE UPGRADED. THE BREAKFAST WAS IDEAL AND AMPLE. LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR ONE NIGHT STAY.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating.The helped us book trains ect.The location is perfect for exploring the city.Breakfast was good and served by the lovely lady who also works in reception.

I believe sometime ago it was a good place for travellers. But for now it's really tired place, looks like many thing were broken (such as door handle or some things from the wood inside the room). And nobody fixed it forever.A breakfast wasn't popular for me because it was really tiny and wasn't feel that it's really breakfast. Just a tea cup with smth

TLDR: Great place for value for money. If you want a place in Colombo at a cheap rate, you can consider this place.Owned by a Gujarati, we checked in to the hotel late @ night around 2 am and the owner was chilling with his other Gujarati friends. They all are business owners in Colombo and are very friendly. By the looks of it, you won't even know they are big owners. We asked for the location of the hotels just outside the hotel from the owner himself.The check-in process was very smooth. They just asked for our passport and everything was done. The staff is super friendly and helpful.The rooms are spacious enough and great value for money. They are equipped with all the modern amenities. The bathroom is good in area, and offers both cold and hot water options. They also have AC, mirror, and other amenities.The property is located very close to Marine Drive. This place is genuinely a great place to stay in Colombo for 1-2 days as all the touristy sites are very close to this property.They have a cafe on the top floor where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast was okay nothing extraordinary, although I can't say the same for other items.

I have only two little complaints:1. We booked Standard Quadruple Room which can easily fit 4 people without any problems. However, the room can feel a little small if a family with 4 luggage and 4 backpacks arrives.2. They charged my credit card and I had to pay extra forex. They could have reached out for an alternate payment method before charging my card.

For a one night stay before heading to the airport it was really good. Very polite and positive staff,clean and comfortable

Loved the staff, very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, easy access with my luggage via elevator, great location! Angelin was exceptional, always happy to help and very professional, from recommendations to making my stay smooth, beautiful soul! I was lucky to also get my luggage weight as they had a scale at the reception, there is a room service and option to eat in, free drinking water. I highly recommend this place, stayed their twice ??
