Wet Water Resort

Back in the days it might have been a nice place. That time is gone. The staff was friendly and helpful tho.

Incredibly dirty, old and full of stains and mold. The bathroom was full of ants and nothing in there should be touched.

Room was cleaned. Air conditioner was good. But the mini fridge was not in order. I had to request and wait to get the wifi signals.

Outside the hotel was green but that was not properly maintained.

Food is good, but bathrooms are not that good. AC water leaks into the room.

Really a nice location for have a nice time with your loved ones. Clean and nice place. Friendly staffs. Specially vashaan and pasindhu at front desk was really helpful. Hope to visit again soon

Meals were delicious, and the staff was polite and friendly.

Rooms were not cleaned and the Bed Sheets and Pillow Covers were remained unchanged when we arrived. However, the staff has taken immediate actions to change the clothes when they were informed.

The place is surrounded with a natural vibe.. feeling peaceful here..staff are very helpful..

I don't like the restaurant service..if we order food they took long time we have to call them again and again..nd not satisfied with resurant staff.lack.of staff in restaurant..they are unable to provide airport pick up drop facilities for international tourists.

Great location to get to the train station in the morning. Very friendly staff and amazing Sri Lankan breakfast.

Unfortunately our shower had no hot water, photos of rooms were also slightly misleading as they looked much larger in the photos.

We booked this resort spontaneously during our journey for some relaxation. The room was spacious, and the resort was located outside of town, requiring a one-hour tuk-tuk ride to reach. The staff were friendly, and the barman at the pool bar was particularly welcoming.

there was one major disappointment,the airport shuttle. The journey from the resort to the airport took 30 minutes, but the shuttle's air conditioning was not working, making it unbearably hot inside—almost 250 degrees! Despite requesting multiple times for the driver to open a window, he didn't understand English. Nevertheless, we endured the uncomfortable ride until we reached the airport.

A stunning place to relax and unwind, while still close enough to do all the sight seeing. I couldn't praise the staff any higher, from the moment you arrive nothing is a problem. Every staff member from the front desk, through to resturant, security guard and managers are all warm, helpful and easy to talk to. The airport pick up was easy, and so was every other step. I can't forget to mention how beautiful the gardens are around, there were many wedding parties choosing to have photos here because of how beautiful it is. The rooms are clean and tidy, and though not the most modern they are large and very good value . Stay here, you won't regret it.

Too noisyThey have functions, and loud music so not so quiet in the room.Nothing terrible, but important to know.

We stay two nights, it was nice experience. Food was tasty, room was clean & tidy, staff was very friendly &Clam place. highly recommended. I wish to go there again

Location is very good. There are lots of trees around and it brings Coolness and calmness to the hotel. Breakfast is very good.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay with my wife and would highly recommend the Wet Water Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
