C 1 Colombo Fort

Everything is clean, the staff is friendly. The location is good because some attractions are 2 km from it, so it is excellent for the price-quality ratio. The room is renovated and the balcony is beautiful

The space was new and very clean. The location was very convenient, close to both the train and bus stations. It was also within walking distance of Jami-Ul-Alfar Mosque and Sri Kailawasanthan Swami Devasthanam Kovil

As a dormitory, it had all the necessary facilities. The bed was clean and well maintained.

Stayed in a clean dormitory, very comfy beds and plenty of space. The bathroom was no problem, showers weren't the cleanest in the world, but for the price It's really not an issue. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Good location, generally clean hotel, very atentitive guys. Sure, it is not 4 stars hotel but is a good hotel for asked price and with a 100% real description.

a single advice for owners and workers: if you see some dirt on a wall (some droplets of coffee on the wall or a sign of rubber) why to not try to erase it and keep room perfectly clean?Receiver box for TV was not connecting at server (did not work) but was not important for us.

Only 1 towel per person.No hair dryer in the room, need to take from the reception. AC is hitting the bed directly.

Nothing , I am regretting a single moment I spent in this hotel, can’t imaging how dirty the bedsheets and the blankets were, won’t come to this hotel again even if it’s the only place to stay in., one thing to add the staff were very nice and friendly.

We loved staying here. It was our second time in Mirissa and they made our stay so lovely. The hosts were amazing as well as the breakfasts. And the little puppy was adorable. It is clear they really value cleanliness and comfort. We couldn’t have asked for more. Kind hosts, very welcoming. And they clearly care about the community and encouraging the local economy. The room you see in the photos are not actually real. Worst is there is a cockroach in our room. The room is very basic without even housekeeping, no telephone and AC does not work properly. You can hear people talking beside the room. They advertised that check in is from 13:00, but it’s actually 13:30. WiFi connection is maximum 5mbps in the room.

Staff is really helpful and polite. Common area is big, nice and cozy. Sheets are clean, beds are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

It would be nice to have shower gel in the shower. There were dust in the lockers.

it is very far from the airport. Also, they do have storage rooms but be aware that they charge you for it.

I had a very good experience during my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that I could check in two hours early, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. There was only a small issue with the toilet seat, but everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for its comfort and hospitality.

here was a minor issue with the toilet seat that needed adjustment.
