• The location was pretty strategic; I could go to the mall or go to the places I needed to be pretty quickly. The first floor was also nice, it felt like I was sitting in a cafe instead of a lobby. The staff was extremely nice and hospitable, so it made for a pleasant experience.
• Worth the money, good wifi, good soundproof, the place is clean

Cons -

• I originally thought this place is a perfect place to rest for a short work trip. Ive never doubted booking.com rating until I experienced this super uncomfortable hotel. The location is really hard to find. Some of online drivers wouldnt pick my order because they had no idea where is this hotel located. The room was dirty and stinky. I dont know whether they change the bed sheets after one guest or not. I need to disinfect the bathroom doorknob, shower, faucet using my own disinfectant before touch it. It was disgusting. I found a lot of ants and cockroaches. The bathroom and towel were also dirty. Everything was so bad I couldnt even get to sleep. I decided to check out at 6 am because of the discomforts I felt. I dont think this place is worth to be called a hotel while its facilities and services are even less than a hostel. This place is strongly not recommended for a woman solo traveler.
• The bidet water emitted a strange smell when I wanted to use the it. The floor would also get wet when I shower, even if I pulled the curtains fully closed, which is fine had it not splashed outside of the bathroom (just slightly). There were spots on the floor where the cleaners didn't sweep, or maybe it wasn't mopped? Still tolerable though. The noise was bad, not from the traffic, but from the sound of people walking? I heard a lot of stomping sounds, and I stayed in a room right next to the stairs.
• The TV was too high, no lift/elevator, hot water is not that hot, location
