Pros +
- Very clean room, nice staff. The ac worked perfectly fine.
- Non
- Near restaurant
Cons -
- The shower could be a little more comfortable to use. Kinda hard to find, sketchy surroundings
- We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 AM after a delayed flight, exhausted and hoping for nothing more than to get our room key and finally rest. Instead, we spent an entire hour (!) arguing with the receptionist about the price, which did not match our reservation. To make matters worse, the staff barely spoke English, making the whole situation feel like a bad joke. When we finally got our key and entered the room, we were greeted with another unpleasant surprise – there was no running water. Not a single drop. After another 30 minutes of "problem-solving," the staff finally managed to fix it, but by that point, our patience was long gone.As for the room itself? An absolute disaster. Peeling walls, worn-out furniture, and an overall feeling that the place hadn’t been updated in decades. Calling it "comfortable" would be an insult to the word. This hotel seriously needs to improve its professionalism, communication, and, above all, the basic conditions for a proper stay. When someone books accommodation, they expect at the very least, to get what they paid for without having to negotiate basic things like the correct price or access to running water in the middle of the night. This was an experience I would never recommend to anyone. If you don’t want to spend your night at reception arguing over the price and then dealing with a non-functional room, avoid this place at all costs!

Great value for the money. It is very clean, there is even a (working) TV, AC, a desk and a cupboard and it has hot shower and western toilette. The location is very central and great too.
I liked everything.
Location
The Reception staff (men) very rude.. The hotel have no lift.. Towel was not provided.. The hotel will be lock starting 11pm.. No in and no out during night.. Will be my last staying in this hotel.. Not recommended at all..
sec floor room 210 very nice clean n very comfortmble.. later want room210 again
The room is okay big and comfortable. It's also very near the city center that it is easy to go to the night market and shopping mall.
The iron does not function properly and doesn't have any wardrobe to put in a cloth.
it is cheaper and the staff are ok Common fridge is available for use in the office room.
There was no lift and I was in first floor. I have to carry my bag to upstairs on my own and get it down. Air Conditioner was making loud noise disturbing my sleep. No water bottles are provided for the room stay and you ahve to buy. Location has no good view though in the city. Staff do not have enough knowledge in English and do not give proper information for snorkeling and other touring packages. No allocated parking space available. They were trying to get additional tourist tax
Very poor
I'd booked the hotel one week ahead. When I was about to check in on 31 May 2024, the hotel property didn't hold my booking and allowed the person to continue staying the room that I've booked.
As a solo traveller the room was great for me. The bed was comfortable, a/c worked fine and the shower was good. Staff in the hotel were always very friendly. Unfortunately on the last night there was no water, but this was not the fault of the hotel, and they did their best to make sure I had a water supply in buckets. Location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the waterfront and markets ?
The bed and room. Clean
Wifi. Very weak
Close to eateries, dobi
During our stay, water supply disrupted
Location
Unfriendly staff, water in the bathroom is not great, no pressure sometimes
Room clean
Room 103 television not function..faulty
Location is near to the night market, good wi fi inside the room, hot water, air con works good, no smells from the bathroom because there is a ventilation, many hangers into the wardrobe
very old furniture, never did cleaning during our stay, very noicy street, no elevator, just 1 small shampoo for 8 days for 2 person, unkomfortable pillows
Location:7/10
Facilities:: no lift,no hot water,no kettle
wifi no goodNoise in the roomoutside no parkingall no good
Clean . Easy to find
What to do. I stay at 3rd floor no lift .
Clean and nice hotel for 2 days and visit of the Niah caves. Convenience shop directly nearby, shop for SIM, some restaurants and ATM in walking distance.
