Clean. Fairly good decor. Friendy polite staff.

Few food options in and outside the Hotel.

Great little boutique hotel. Comfortable beds, 2 doubles which was great for family of 4. Super friendly staff.Easy to get into the centre.

Nowhere close by to get breakfast, it was Sunday morning so maybe the coffee shop just doesn't open that early on Sunday.

Any amenities that I need I have to request, nobody open the door for us when we were carrying the luggage bag.

The little things that showed attention to detail like the personalised card and WhatsApp messages upon check-in to ensure everything is in order, not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms.

The transport services provided by the hotel are downright predatory. The "complimentary" airport shuttle is only free between 8am and 6pm. If you want a shuttle between the hours of 6pm to 10pm or between 7am-8am, there is a 30RM fee and there is no shuttle between 11pm to 7am. For context, it is a 8-minute ride from the hotel to the airport and using Grab the fixed fare for this ride is only around 10RM.In my case, I had a 715am flight to catch on Saturday morning and the hotel recommended that I let them book a taxi for me the night before at 545am to take me to the airport because it would be difficult to get a Grab. No other details were provided other than that I would pay the taxi driver directly. The "taxi" that showed up was a private car and the driver charged me a whooping 45RM for this journey. A quick check of Grab upon reaching the airport showed that the same journey would have cost only 12RM. It was disappointing that for a hotel that prides itself on great service and attention to detail, the staff appeared to have been deliberately vague about the details around these odd hour airport transfers. My recommendation for future travelers staying here and needing odd hour transport is to download the Grab app and just take your chances. Do not let the hotel staff handle your odd hour transfers!

the staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. we loved them.the hotel was importantly very clean and a good value.we loved the convenience of their cafe and had all our meals there. the chef was very eclectic in her menu and the food was delicious.

the hotel was probably a fine hotel in past times but an industrial area grew up around it and it didn't feel easy or safe to walk around especially at night.we hired a good driver for the day who toured us around the city.

Spacious bathroom with shampoo and liquid soap provided; had extra towels provided in bathroom; water bottles provided in room; mini fridge had Coke, beer and candy inside that one can buy; nightstand next to bed with outlets; shower has hot water and strong pressure; room is clean; very quiet during the day and at night; easy to order/get a Grab from the hotel

Outlets on one side of bed; floor is carpeted; we are on the ground floor and the large window looks out to a parking lot; there is a narrow balcony with no table and chairs that also face the parking lot - not usable; on a busy main road; in an industrial area - not for walking around and enjoying nature; towels are not absorbent
