Good location and good value. Room was functional. Basic hotel for a stay in KK

Room could have done with a deep clean. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Room was not cleaned daily and had to ask for room to be cleaned after a few nights even though sign was left on door for cleaning.

Their shower, bathroom, washing sink water all stuck make the whole bath room wet & lots of water on the floor

I dont like the housekeeping staff that keep slam the door. I had call twice at reception but no action, the staff kept REPEAT SLAMMING door after i call. I book this hotel to sleep NOT to make me headache hearing slamming door!! It make my baby awake !

The hotel staff is warm and nice. Hotel facility is satisfactory for the price. Comfortable. Value for money. Location is walking distance from eateries.

The surrounding area needs much improvement in terms of cleanliness. Can see rats everywhere. Parking is limited especially during peak hours.

We all love the Family Room. Wish all of our rooms were Family Room. We all love the bed, pillows and blanket. Also the shower and water dispenser ❤️

It''s a bit hard to find parking. It takes 10 mins or can be more. Depending on your arrival time and day.

Right at the centre of Kota Kinabalu city. Within walking distance to Gaya street, Jesselton Point and Filipino Market. Good value for a budget family room which fits 2 seven years old + a 3 years old toddler, well for me at least.

Not really soundproof as noise can be heard until late night.

Near to the center. We can just walk to the Pasar Kraftangan. Laundry was near the hotel. Mini market also. Value for money. Our room for 3 person is huge. Value for money

The property was in an excellent location for walking around the city. It provided all the basic amenities with a small and satisfactory room. The property and room had an 'older', 'tired' feel. I did like that they had large water coolers in the corridor for drinking water, and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. They also looked after my bag for the afternoon after I checked out.

Booked a family room on the same day of our stay via booking.com and we arrived at KK at 10 pm. We were tired from the long drive but we were glad that checked in process went smoothly.The hotel did not give complimentary bottle water yet provide water dispensers in every corner of the room so we can easily filled our bottles.The room was okay and clean, good for one night stay.

Room was clean. Room size just nice and bed quite comfy. Price per night quite reasonable. Location very strategic. Upperstar restaurant just beside hotel. There’s also laundry nearby. Many eateries and marts around. Short walking distance to waterfront, market and Gaya Street.

Location, cleaning, comfort & staff.

Toilet did not provide toilet paper, is my second time staying but still the same problem.

The hotel is beautiful . The receptionist very kind and friendly, the hotel is very close to the shops and the night market. There is a 7 eleven / 24hr store near the hotel , easy to walk, no need to use a car, can save car fuel and money from paying for car parking ✨

Just one thing I would like to emphasize to the room cleaners, please clean the reserved room carefully before the guests check in to the hotel because I found there was a lot of hair on the floor of my room and the toilet. I already asked for a broom to be sent to my room but there is none, I don't want to trouble the cleaners to clean my room, so I want to sweep myself, but no broom was delivered that day, and please give the guest a good towel, instead of a torn one because the towels in my room are torn and smelly. Maybe the quality of the towel is not good to use ?

bed was comfy, room was spacious though the desk was directly under the aircon, which was very strong. easy walk to the fishmarket area, jesselton point, or restaurants

door to the room had some trouble closing correctly. I could hear the other rooms nearby. bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower door seems to open the wrong direction
